In February 2018 I ordered a funeral arrangement from Nancy's Floral online. To make a long story short, what you order online is not what you get. After trying to resolve the matter without success I gave Nancy's floral an F rating on Angies List. In July of 2018 I received an email from Noel Clawson, Complaint Resolution Manager from Angie's List offering me an agreement to resolve the issue with Nancy's Floral in exchange for deleting my F rating. I agreed to the resolution agreement. On Aug. 7, I received an email from Noel Clawson stating that the matter had been resolved and my F rating of Nancy's Floral had been deleted from Angie's List site. Noel Clawson stated an email would be sent to me shortly closing the complaint. On Aug.7, I received the closing email and I was directed to give Nancy's Floral an A or B rating. On Aug. 8, I emailed Noel Clawson and asked how was the matter resolved. On Aug. 9, Noel Clawson answered my email and stated that I was to receive a store credit from Rob Cook, Nancy's Floral manager. Noel Clawson stated that he/she would follow up with Rob Cook and that he/she would get back to me as soon as he/she heard from Rob Cook. It is now October 27, and I have never heard back from Noel Clawson or Rob Cook. Therefore, I am reinstating my F rating for Nancy's Floral and I am giving Angie's List Noel Clawson an F for a job poorly done. Angie's List is quick to sanitize their reviews. Therefore, I am also cancelling my Angie's List subscription.

There was no set time agreed for pick-up, but there was a set day; and I was told that I could pick the flowers up in the morning. However, mid-morning the floral shop called to say that the flowers weren't in the shop yet and to come in before closing. I'm glad that the ceremony was the next morning and not that actual day or things would have become very frustrating. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, the bridal bouquet was beautiful but it wasn't as we ordered. One type of flower and color, hydrangeas, was completely left out of the bouquet even though it was the very first flower listed on the order. I had to bring it to the attention of the cashier who brought out the manager. Colored ribbon was offered to be added to the handle of the bouquet to bring out the color that would have been the hydrangeas and a price reduction on the bouquet was made and no one else at the wedding noticed; but I would have been happier had it been what I'd ordered.
