It seems to me they were pretty good and there were no complaints. They had a fair price and did a good job. They had serviced this house before so that was handy. We had just moved in the house so this was the first time we used them. We did not have any issues. I believe they were right on time.

It is a big one. They are excellent and are very good. This is who I would call for service. On their last service they actually did not need to do any repair because it was something they couldn't do. It was not in their field to do. It was more of a diagnostic-type call. I think their price is reasonable. They are prompt, courteous and know what they are doing.

Everyone I dealt with at Honke Heating and A/C made this process as simple and quick as possible. I had several quotes over about a two week period and even though Honke was not the cheapest I was really impressed with their salesman Rick. He was very thorough in his assessment of my property and what I would need and he answered all of my questions regarding costs and installation. We set up a day and time for the installation about three weeks out on one of my days off. Barry was the guy who came over to install the A/C unit and he was right on time. We went over the work that was to be done and then I left him to it and went upstairs to get some sleep. From the time Barry showed up until all the work was done (including a solar powered attic fan) and he was ready to leave took about 6 or 7 hours. A few weeks later an inspector from the city of Gresham came by and signed off that all of the work was up to code including the electrical.
I have been very pleased with my purchase and have used it a good deal this summer. My unit is quiet and efficient and I plan on getting alot of use out of it for many years. My experience with everyone at Honke Heating and A/C was very positive and I am very pleased with the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting A/C installed in their house.

I called. They promised a call back to schedule.
First available time was 20 days out and I had to be available between 8 and noon, otherwise they could not schedule the appointment.
They noted that they come to Hood River (where I am and they advertise they service) when they can group visits so if I wasn't available for the time they had available for me then it was going to be much harder to schedule a repair. In addition, they charge $105 just to show up.
