Vitaliy of Diligent Plumbing is so personable and professional. He was perfectly willing to explain the things he was doing and make me a more informed homeowner. I had a question about a cold/hot valve rebuild and he correctly surmised that water pressure fixes from his maintenance might make the rebuild superfluous. I appreciated his experience and expertise, which saved me money.

I dug up the main shutoff to find a cracked valve body with a pinhole leak. Asked my neighbor, an electrician, who he recommended for plumbing and he provided Vitaly's contact info. Vitaly asked some questions, offered a rough price, and fit us in two days later. Before starting he explained what needed to be done, with options and costs to match. Vitaly replaced the broken valve and put some elbows into the new piping to remove stress on the PVC feed to copper due to an elevation difference. Turns out that we had more than one leak in the main so I had to escalate, ultimately replacing the entire main. Regardless, working with Vitaly on the first leak was a pleasure. I knew what to expect, the cost of repair was fair and it was not an emergency repair so we were able to wait a couple of days to get on his schedule. In a world where horror stories exist about plumbing nightmares, Vitaly is the cure. If I need a plumbing pro again, I will call Diligent Plumbing in a flash.

I had a leak in the main water feed to our attached apartment. I needed it fixed immediately for my aging parents who live there. After calling 8 plumbers who couldnâ t help, I came across Diligent plumbing. They were able to come out same day in my case! Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under two hours, and the price was fair. Was super happy to get his info on a magnetic card, which is on my water heater for any future plumbing needs. Very pleased!!!

Vitaliy has been amazing for every visit he had come out for. One time to fix a toilet that was leaking. Second time for a supposed leak in water pipes at street that he found were no longer leaking and finally to install a much needed thermoregulatory system not installed by water heater company despite required by code! When I came home to a flooded front yard and basement I thought I was in for a major repair bill! After turning off house water I started calling plumbers and Diligent Plumbing was the only company that could come out and see me, all the others said this was a sprinkler issue. Vitaliy came out the next day and was able to determine where the leak was (it was actually in the sprinkler system) and within 5 minutes he had the leak isolated and water back on to the house free of charge.
