Last winter during the cold snap I had a pipe burst in my garage. After calling multiple plumbers with no response, we called Diligent Plumbing and Vitaliy not only answered right away, but was extremely friendly and helpful, even FaceTiming with me to find the water shutoff in my garage that I didnâ  t know I had ð   . Over the next few months they came out and fixed what turned out to be multiple leaks in the water line at a very reasonable price. Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service. Diligent Plumbing replied promptly to our inquiry, made an accurate estimate, and kept the scheduled appointment. They replaced our kitchen sink quickly and accurately. Canâ t say enough good things about Diligent Plumbing. They live up to the name! They are experienced, skilled, and do very good work. Our water heater went off and I read instructions for relighting and nothing I tried worked. Of course it was the weekend so I began seeing the dollar signs rolling. But I didn't have a choice but to get help. I found recommendations on Next Door for Diligent Plumbing so I called them and several other numbers. Vitaly answered my call very promptly and we used Facetime to see if I could get the pilot lit. No luck. So Vitaly said he would be out early on Monday morning. Sure enough, he came promptly and determined within 5 minutes that some wires had come loose. He fixed the wires, lit the pilot and took the time to educate me a bit. I was shocked when he refused to take payment either for his time on the phone on the weekend or for this early morning house call. Of course, going forward now I will always use Diligent Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

I had issues with my kitchen drain. Called Diligent Pluming and Vitaliy showed up. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. His work was professional and had my problem drain repaired.
