My husband and I think the world of this person Vitali, who is the owner of this company and we think he is fair honest reliable. In this day and age you just donâ t find that type of qualities easily, in workers or in companies, so we give him & his company, Diligent Plumbing a top, five star rating! He has also. One out for inspections and has counseled with us over the phone! Cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his company so check him out you wonâ t be disappointed!! ð

Diligent Plumbing replied promptly to our inquiry, made an accurate estimate, and kept the scheduled appointment. They replaced our kitchen sink quickly and accurately. Vitally was friendly and helpful. He cleaned the worksite when finished, and gave us a one year warranty on his work. We will use him again for any plumbing project, and recommend him to neighbors.

Our water heater went off and I read instructions for relighting and nothing I tried worked. Of course it was the weekend so I began seeing the dollar signs rolling. But I didn't have a choice but to get help. I found recommendations on Next Door for Diligent Plumbing so I called them and several other numbers. Vitaly answered my call very promptly and we used Facetime to see if I could get the pilot lit. No luck. So Vitaly said he would be out early on Monday morning. Sure enough, he came promptly and determined within 5 minutes that some wires had come loose. He fixed the wires, lit the pilot and took the time to educate me a bit. I was shocked when he refused to take payment either for his time on the phone on the weekend or for this early morning house call. Of course, going forward now I will always use Diligent Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

I had issues with my kitchen drain. Called Diligent Pluming and Vitaliy showed up. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. His work was professional and had my problem drain repaired. Definitely with call Diligent Plumbing again for future repairs and recommend others to do so too. They will not disappoint.

Our outlet caught fire, I called that morning explained the problem and said we were both in our 70. They sent someone out that same day. Problem was fixed, he also took time to explain what it happened and what what we could do so it would not happen again. Very impressed

Vitaliy knows what he is doing and was able to repair everything perfectly. He explained how the cheaper valve had broken and then clogged the hot water supply in the kitchen faucet. He saved the faucet and put in a better valve. If you want the job done right then call these guys.ð   ð  ¯

Vitaliy really came through and assisted me with an issue I was having with some piping that leads to my outside faucet. It took him about 5 mins to fix but he explained if it failed again, it would need to be replaced and left me with a quote. Since it was just a few mins of his time, he waived the fee. Great guy with awesome skills

I had a water leak in the wall of the bathroom upstairs, causing a great deal of damage, with water dripping through the ceiling downstairs. Diligent Plumbing was able to determine where the leak was and I did not have to use the Leak Detection company my insurance wanted to send out. Diligent Plumbing did an excellent job of coordinating with my general contractor and restoration company to get the job done. I also appreciate the detail description in the invoice of work done. I would use him again anytime. Would highly recommend Diligent Plumbing if you need a good plumber.

Diligent Plumbing did an excellent job for us. The plumbing connections under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced and repaired in order to install a new dishwasher. Then a new kitchen faucet was installed. Finally one of the bathroom toilets needed a valve replaced. Professional, timely and thorough service. Thank you!!!

Second time I hired Diligent plumbing. He does an outstanding job and gets the repairs done. I would highly recommend Diligent Plumbing. He does outstanding work and has an amazing personality. I also have very light carpet and he put paper shoe covers on before going upstairs to do repairs in both bathrooms.
