Mark was very responsive. We will use him again if we remodel or build. One thing we would do different is try to do our selection of all of products before we started, and communicate better what our expectations of schedule were. These comments do not reflect on Mark but rather how we could improve the process. Mark has very good subcontractors working for him which has not been our experience with residential work in the past.

We have not yet signed a contract due to preliminary investigations etc. I am currently waiting for a revised proposal from Dawson. Dawson is courteous and seems reasonably timely. His pricing seems reasonable.

From start to finish, Mark and his crew did a good job and I would hire him again in the future or give a good reference for him to someone considering hiring him for their job. A few things did not go as planned, but they were out of his control.
