Reynolds electric was prompt and reasonable. They explained everything they did. We were very happy with them.

Overall the experience with Reynolds Electric was fantastic! We decided to call them from reports we had read posted on Angie'sList. My husband called their office and told them what we wanted done. They were courteous and accommodating. We were given a quote over the phone. They transferred my husband to a person who does the scheduling. From there someone arrived at our home on the expected date and right on time at 8am sharp! The job was complete, quick and we got what we wanted! We then received an invoice from them for the bill due. We were happy to get charged ($86.10) under the original bid of $100.00! I called their office and wanted to pay the bill by debit card over the phone again they were very accommodating. I asked for a receipt for the bill they said it would come by mail. The receipt arrived with a nice note card thanking us for our business along with one of their business cards. Little do they know we are more thankful for THEM! My husband and I are remodeling our house and we will be needing electrical service in the future and with out a doubt we will be calling back Reynolds Electric for all of our electrical needs!

I called for service, explained the job, the individual was here the next day and fully prepared to do what was needed. He listened to what I needed, and explained the functions of each piece that he installed. He was pleasant, efficient, and helpful in every aspect of the job.

Not well. I had to call him 2 or 3 times to request his estimate/bid. Each time I was told that it would be available soon, but it never arrived. I was disappointed, because I had used Reynolds a few years before to replace the panel in a different house, and was pleased with their work then.

I called Reynolds Electric due to the ratings on Angie's List. The receptionist was professional and connected me to one of the technicians in the office. I explained the problems and he worked with my schedule to get somone out that week to troubleshoot. The technician arrived within the time window given and was friendly and courteous. He addressed all of my electrical concerns and was able to correct some deficiencies in my breaker box. I was charged a minimal cost for the service provided. I would highly recommend Reynolds Electric.

It went great. He correctly diagnosed it and referred us to the utility who fixed it for free.

Came out promptly on a Sunday when we had an emergency, contacted our provider, did a temporary fix so we could safely use electricity until they were able to do the complete job a few days later, showed up when they said they would, answered all our questions, explained what to expect and how long/when service would be unavailable during repairs, were courteous, communicated in a timely manner and finished when expected. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Highly recommend!

I chose Reynolds because of their positive ratings on Angie's List. I was having intermittent problems with my electric range and suspected that something was wrong with the circuit. I called Reynolds and made an appointment that week. The Electrician arrived on time and figured out the problem right away. He replaced the circuit breaker and showed me the old breaker which had been the cause of the problem.

The electrician was friendly and courteous and did not mind my pesky dogs. He did not appear to be in a hurry, but did not waste time either (important when paying by the hour). He was open to explaining what he was doing and letting me learn. Overall, he was easy to have in my house.

He was good. He set up an appointment and arrived on time, and he explained to us why it burnt out (too high of voltage of bulb)and he fixed it. So now we know not to put in bulbs that are not the correct voltage.

We needed to get some electrical work done on our house, which we just bought and has a somewhat outdated electrical system. I called Reynolds because of all the glowing reviews they'd received on Angie's List, and they definitely lived up to their good reputation. I called on a Monday, and they had an electrician at my house the next morning at 8 am. He worked professionally and quickly, and got the job done in an hour less than estimated.

We had a very good experience. When we called for an estimate, the company representative, Tony Phifer, came out the next day. Once we had made a decision to go ahead with their bid (on a Friday), we were scheduled for the following Monday. The only hiccups were a one day delay starting due to snowfall and a second one day delay to get the correct floor boxes. The installer, Jason Haag, was very personable, neat and efficient in his work.

Work was scheduled for October 23, 2007 at 8:00am. It actually began at 8:20am after the local electrical company shut off the electricity. The work was noisy and the gentleman kept busy. He had to rip out quite a bit of my laundry room wall to remove the old panel and replace it with a new and considerably bigger panel. I must admit I was more than a little taken aback when he (Reynolds Electric workman) used my bathroom! I would have preferred that he clock out, head for McDonald's and use their facilities instead. The only reason I might forgive this indiscretion is that he did such a nice job on the trim around the panel and repairing the "look" of the wall.

MIKE THE WORKMEN, DID A LOT OF WORK FOR ME & HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE HAD GOOD IDEAS IN THE PLANNING STAGES & EXECUTED IT (THE JOB)WELL.

From the start my husband and I appreciated that Jeremy called us back quickly. We had contacted a couple of other firms and neither responded as promptly as Reynolds. It was obvious that our job just wasn't big enough for the other firms. The estimate with Reynolds was done when scheduled - quickly and efficiently. The price was a bit lower than the other quotes and that, combined with the professionalism, just won us over. We felt like they really wanted our business and were there to help. Jason did all of the hands on work and had it completed over several days. He worked through the rain on one day, heat on another. He was always prompt and professional. The woman who answers the phones at Reynolds was efficient and courteous and sent me a thank you card with my receipt. They were all genuinely nice people and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

The repairman came out at the time promised. He did the work with professional efficiency. His manner was friendly and relaxed.

Excellent response early in the morning. Electrician was on the job within 45 minutes and completed the work the same day. The work looks to be of excellent quality.

When my new stove came, it was a drop in and it needed to have the outlet put in. Reynolds was referred to me and I called on Friday afternoon of the fourth of July holiday weekend. He had someone come by that evening on the way home, just so I wouldn't be without a stove for the holiday weekend. That goes above and beyond the call of duty!
