DaBella - Eugene (Roofing)

Obie came to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was very professional and the process went very smoothly. I was a little disappointed in the lead time being 16 weeks to start the project but that is due to the recent pandemic impact which affected production. I anticipate a professional job if Obie represents the end result. I would recommend this company based on the presentation from Obie.

i also got a roof at the same time. The guys, bob and dom, were great explaining everything. Really happy with dabella and how they go about the installs and warranties.

We are excited about the warranty and overall the way dabella does their work. bobby and dom were amazing and did a great job explaining everything! it is so awesome to get a bath that has no mold or mildew and a roof we wont ever have to do again!

I should have gotten more bids. I could have saved money elsewhere. I was told by the sales representatives Marcus and Tim that I would be charged for 6 sheets of plywood but that I would receive a credit for any unused sheets. There were 4 sheets left over after the project but the roofer said he could not take them back. (The roofing materials came from Roofline in Eugene). When the girl from Da Bella called last Friday to see If the job had been completed., I asked about the unused plywood and she said she would talk to her boss. I have not heard back from Da Bella. The job was completed last Thursday May 24. Da Bella should not have their salespeople made promises especially if they do not intend to keep them!

Marcus and Brycen are very informative. Quality products and professionalisms from both of these young men.

Casey and Melissa did a good job setting me up. Ramirez roofing did a great job!

Bishop and Levi came out to look at my roof. They were professional and explained everything well. Iâ ve already had DaBella do my windows, which turned out awesome. Iâ m looking forward to seeing the finished roof!

I had two represetatives, Bishop and Marcus, visit my home to assess my roof. Upon inspection, they disovered several issues i was unaware of. they laid out a comprhensive proposal that addressed all the issues in a way i was satisfied with. they worked with me to find the best budget option as well. Excited to have the project done and am glad to be working with these two

Michael and Melissa came and inspected our siding. They helped us with fitting the project into our budget and worked hard to get us the color and financing terms.

Chris from Eugene was great. I’m in the Brookings area and it seems no one here wants to do the work. Chris was professional and very understanding with some things that are going on at the house right now. If you need windows I suggest you call Chris.

Chris and Obi were great to work with. They fully explained the building of the windows and what the installation will be like. They were also very helpful with financing for the windows. I also like the warranty that will transfer to new owners should I sell. I appreciate the time spent by Chris and Obi to answer my questions and explain everything. These windows are top of the line! The price is quite high so understanding that one often has to pay more for quality, but the price is very high, not as high as another company that has a very similar product.

Marcus and Cory came out to help me get set up with a new roof. They were professional, thorough, and the product they install is top of the line. I canâ  t wait for my new roof.

Excellent professional presentation

Windows are going to be gorgeous. They are made to order so everything will fit perfectly. Looking forward to a lower electric bill. Chris is a very knowledgeable guy and he truly believes in the company.

The team that was installing the siding left exposed wires. When working below the sliding glass door instead of putting them back in the proper space. the left them exposed. I ask them if they could put them back in the proper space. They proceeded to tell me that they were already exposed. Which was not true. Did not want to put the effort in to correct the issue. I asked to send a manager out to look at the wires. I called Debella told them that now I have to put a flange on to cover the wires. They said well we can take this as a training tool. So it does not happen to anybody else. Why am I doing the work that the should have done in the first place. They sent a sales rep. He took photos. When taking photos, he moved the recycling container. It fell on its side and he did not pick it up. When putting the Tyvek paper on the house. They left the wires for the internet underneath the Tyvek paper. When stapling the paper on the house. They stapled the internet wire. Which broke the connection to the internet. Not moving the wire on top of the paper.

Michael Jennings sold me gutters. I absolutely love then! He was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I got the best quality for the best price possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone

I had a roof done by dabella about 3 years ago. I am very happy with the roof. Recently darryn came out to give a quote on my siding, he is very professional and helpful. He is currently doing everything he can to help us get this project started and finished. Me and my brother are very thankful for all of his help and can not wait to get this project completed

Darryn was very professional and represents his company well. He was very informative, and clear with his presentation. I am very pleased with the company and there reputation.

Bishop was amazing! He was very professional and through. He went the extra mile in working out a financing plan that enabled me to have a new roof installed for a lower price than I anticipated. I encourage anyone who wants excellent service at a reasonable cost to contact him.
