DaBella - Eugene (Roofing)

Scott and Jeremy from dabella weâ re so incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. My husband and I needed a roof do to leaking issues. Scott made it affordable for us and we are very happy we decided to work with dabella. We can not wait for our roof and gutters to be installed!

Installers were fabulous and were very courteous to me and my neighbors.

Chris was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best product for me.

Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even with my kids running around making noise he remain professional and helped us with the decision on what to do with the roof and even helped us with telling us about the financial aide. It only took bout a day or so to find out if we got approved or not for the financial aide which was awesome. He also tried to see if there was anyway to lower the price with any promotions going on or anything. The pricing was great to begin with but the fact they went above and beyond to help save us money was truly appreciated. This company is such a great family business they even gave us a discount because we are foster parents. All in all we are extremely happy with how things went and highly recommend this company.

the install went great, the guys from dabella (robert and tanner) did a great job explaining the project and what i would be getting. they were on time and so was the install. i would definitely use dabella and bathwraps again!

I had a very good experience; very nice and helpful service people from sales to installers to customer service crew; very smooth process; very quick work; quality materials with a very good warranty; reason for 4 stars on price is simply because the vendors were scarce in my area for my project and this was an expensive remedy-I HOPE for a 5 on value for the money--time will tell;for now, I trust the value based on my experience with DaBella's very good people.

I liked the company initially. I did start to feel harassed by the sales people. Than when the roofers came they left the gate open and my dog got out. I never got an apology for that. They left significant amount ofroofing material behind including 2 strands of nails that could have done damage. The gutter folk were a bit better but left trash in my yard recycle left water bottles laying around and also left the gate open but this time I checked before letting out the dog. Overall I was very disappointed in the professionalism and the work I feel was just adequate

The company failed to follow instructions about depositing funds. A large overdraft at my local bank was created as well as a fee for processing a returned check.

The roofers were very professional and did a great job. Dabella on the other hand charged me for 33 square and the warranty only stated 25 square. Called Dabellas and our salesperson never called me back to explain the difference. I then ran into him in a business and asked him if he would at least find out. He never called me back. I was charged 500.00 a square. I do not recommend Debellas. I feel they cheated me and would not use them again. The construction company they used to install the roof I would recommend again.

Well here it goes, that shower we paid $10,000 for,, this company is a joke. If you ever need a reno on your shower. Don't go with DaBella. We were referred to them through Home Advisory. The rep that came to our house mislead us in so many different ways. Telling us, #1 the seat that is in the shower is their seat. It clearly has a Moen stamp. #2, the bar for the curtain was seamless,, no lip on it so the hooks won't catch on it. Guess what, it has a lip, we bought that extra. We could have used the one we had. Which is so much better quality. This bar has fell 3 times now, once during a shower.you know how people hang towels over the shower bar? We can't, it won't take the weight of the towel. My list of being misrepresented on this shower is endless. I so wished we went tile. It makes me sick about it. I love the materials, it's pretty, but telling us that the produce the materials,, bull crap,, he said that they have to order the materials,, well 2 days after the shower was put in, the supervisor of the contractors that installed it, came up with 2 strips for the sides. This shower has so many flaws. The caulking in some place are barely noticeable but in some places there are up to 1/2 inch gaps between the materials and the shower base and walls. We thought there weren't so many seams. And the contractor who installed it, cut them on site with a little electric hand saw, so the cut lines look like a 5 year old cut it with scissors. Not to mention he never cleaned up after himself either. I had to clean it all myself, he even had a wet vac with him .The rep told me 3 weeks before Christmas that this was going to be repaired to our likes. Haven't heard a word, I had to contact him and he said he knew nothing what was going on. Now the plumbing for the showerhead moves, it's not secured to the wall. So water can get into the walls. Devin just noticed that the bottom of one of the trims doesn't even have any caulking. Some of the things that was said by the rep when I was telling him how unhappy we were,, like, " This job is done to company standards." I said what about customer standards? He repeated that the gaps were to company standards. This guy lied to us on so many avenues. He even mentioned one time being on the phone with someone when he was here, that he was with BAD customers. I have it recorded. I even have it on recording him admitting that a couple places were not done right. I contacted him yesterday mentioning the" L" word, it might be what we have to do. We just might hold up on our payment until this is solved. Wish us luck SO A LITTLE ADVICE,, DONT USE DaBella . They are listed on Home Advisory. Another place I'm posting a review.

It will be up to 6 weeks before installation. The cost is unbelievable. The good news is I will have an extremely nice conversion according to the salesman.

Just hired.. construction begins in October. But Bob the representative gave a VERY good and professional demo. Great materials to choose from. Can't wait to see it when it gets finished. Be back for a review when they are finished.

Great follow up and professional group. They even gave us some ideas for other projects we ask about, but thear company did not handle. One of our sales people actually spent his time and found a company for us that did the kind of work we were looking for. Talk about above and beyond. Bella employees really exemplify the top of the line service oriented company. Really a rare quality these days.

First I would like to say that I can't really rate the quality of work because it hasn't started yet. I signed on May 21st 2018 and was given a "estimated" start date of June 1st 2018, it's July 10th and still no work has been started. The estimated end date for my project was 9 days ago. Also, I was told that my materials would be ordered promptly, but that didn't happen for more than two weeks. Now for their customer service, when I call in and actually get a live person and not a recording the receptionist is very professional. I have called the supposed project manager and either he doesn't answer or he answers and tells me he'll get back to me and never does. Value for money? I can only rate what I have experienced. I should have went with a different company.

Loved the attention to quality products but fair In pricing materials

DaBella is a scam - they lead us to believe that they had roofing professionals but they just subcontracted the job to another roofing company. The communication was double and incorrect on DaBellas side. We overpaid. Just find a good roofing company in your community and go straight to them.

Great customer service, excellent quality of work.

Even with a hiccup or two we are very happy with everything DAbella has done. Absolutely loved the crew from Hammers Up. Everyone was easy to work with and the siding job is fabulous!
