Jason was very good at communicating with us, responding to emails usually within minutes if not hours. We appreciated his professional attitude combined with not being a high pressure salesman. The crew worked hard and answered my questions and cleaned up well. Complete roof was done in three days in October, finished a day before torrential rainfall.

Prior to installation of new gutters, replaced original water-damaged hardboard fascia and plywood soffits in 2800 square foot single level house built in 1993. Also repaired dry rot in roof structure in a few spots. Caulked and painted new fascia and soffits in original colors. Crew was organized, friendly, efficient, and meticulous in all aspects of the work. Final cost was higher than the original estimate, due to some unforeseen soffit damage, difficulty in removing disintegrating hardboard, and repairing dry rot, but reasonable and appropriate given the additional time, effort, and materials required

Cleaned moss off roof, was prompt and returned to make sure that all moss was dead a week later

The owner provided outstanding customer service by quickly responding to every question and concern that I expressed during the process of signing the contract, installing the roof, and the final cleanup. The new roof looks great! The manufacturer's warranty on materials as well as the local contractor's warranty on workmanship are both fair and well-formulated to provide good consumer protection. I have no doubt that if warranty service ever becomes necessary, it will be honored promptly and without hassle. I really appreciated this company's high standards and ethical business practices, a rare pleasure in comparison to other contractors that I have dealt with in the past.

They de-mossed and thoroughly cleaned my roof. Excellent job and excellent customer service! Jason provided exemplary customer service and I was thrilled to be kept informed. Many contractors are not good with their customer service & communication skills. This is not the case with this company! I will certainly call them again for the same work in a year or two.

Jason the owner of BEST was the lowest quote to replace my 24 yr old roof. After emailing and texting him and talking to him about what we were wanting to accomplish with a new roof. Jason was willing to meet at my house to explain what roof system he had to offer. He showed me materials that would be best for my roof. He left shingle samples and roof colors to help my wife and I decide what would look best. Jason reassured me that his company would do a excellent job. We told Jason that the roof could not be worked on a certain day because it was our day of rest. Jason honored that request and accommodated us. All I can say is BEST roofing did what Jason said his company would do. They did a excellent job on our roof and It definitely has improved the curb appeal. The roof looks great and it was done in 2 days,even beating the bad weather having it fully installed. The crew was punctual and courteous and polite. I asked for estimates from two roofing companies to replace fascia boards so gutters could be put up the following week. Jason scheduled his crew on Sunday in order to do this. The other company wouldn't even bid on this saying I was past due for a new roof and they'd only do if I had them replace the whole roof. They gave e a quote for new roof. I asked Jason for a quote for a new roof. His bid was thousands of dollars less AND he was able to juggle his schedule so they could do everything the following week so gutters could be put up. I HIGHLY recommend Building Envelope System Techs!!
