Speedy Septic showed up right on time. The access wasn't where I thought it was. The Individuals, both, looked for the access. They used a tracker and probe to find the tank & access. After finding the access, they explain the operation of the system. I had no experience with type of system. They cleaned and tested the alarms on the pump. Inspected everything & explained what they were looking for to me. They left site clean and odor free.

Upon flushing my toilet Sunday morning, water began leaking between the toilet base and floor. I also experienced a slight backflow into my bathtub. After doing a visual inspection of my cleanout as well as my septic tank I determined the problem to be some sort of obstruction. I called Speedy Septic Services emergency phone number and got a quick response. It was suggested by the service rep that I check the septic tank vent before he sent a truck out to prevent a Sunday service call and to call back if the vent was clear. It was and I called back, to which the service representive said he'd mobilize a truck right away. Less than 45 minutes later a gent named Mike showed up, assesed the situation, quoted me a price and upon my agreeing, went right to work. It actually took Mike longer to get the line jetter set up than to find and jet out the clog. Problem solved and I could resume the weekend. Mike was very polite, extremely professional and competent. He even did a quick inspection of my septic tank and provided some additonal maintenance suggestions. No one likes these surprises but Speedy Septic did a terrific job in dealing with mine.

The tech arrived on time to start the process. Considerable time was spent locating the existing septic tank since no one in our church remembered its exact location. Once located, excavation took place, and it was determined that the tank (of iron composition) was deteriorating, and would require removal and replacement. A week later, the tank was pumped out, removed, and a replacement was installed. The tech advised us that a concrete path was in too close a proximity to the tank to spare some of it from damage. The only unanticipated delay came with scheduling crew for replacing/installing the new tank; a matter of one day.

We called Louis at 3:00 in the afternoon, Friday before the New Year Holiday. Louis returned our call within an hour and was at our home by 5:00. We had our septic system backing up into our basement and a house full of guests! He pumped out our system and made sure things were working. We may need additional work, but Louis wanted us to check the system out in a week before suggesting any other measures. Louis is the owner and a very caring man, appreciated his concern in a stressful situation.

When you have a weekend disaster, this was a real winner. He had fast service, a good attitude, and knew what he was doing. He got the job done.

We couldn't find our septic opening. Speedy came out and located the tank, but not the opening. They had to bring out an excavator. They finally found the opening and pumped.

Ken did a good job of cleaning the septic tank. We had recently purchased our home and as part of the purchase the septic was to have been cleaned and checked for holes, rust, etc. When Ken checked it the metal tank it was rusted with huge holes and in need of being replaced. According to Ken, there was no way the tank was checked 18 months prior as it was so rusted and there was so much waste. He told us that if someone had checked it,( by chance)the person was negligent by not noting the condition on the report. Imagine our surprise when we pulled out the house paper work and it was Speedy Septic who had been out there 18 months earlier. Facing a $3500.00 replacement tank we wanted some answers. Speedy has refused to return any of our calls.

Arrived on time, fast, friendly and accommodating. He dug out the cover (three feet down) and pumped the tank all in less than 2 hours.

Ken was fast, efficient, friendly and gave me some good advice. I believe the price was reasonable but I'm not sure. I went with them because they are closest and I support local businesses when I can.

THE WORKER WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND WAS EFFICIENT IN COMPLETING THE TASK AT HAND YET VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE MADE SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW OFTEN OUR HOME SHOULD BE SERVICED AND MENTIONED SOME OPTIONS THAT WOULD ENHANCE THE LONGEVITY OF OUR PUMP. IN ADDITION, WE HAD USED THEIR COMPANY THREE YEARS PRIOR AND BEING THAT WE WERE REPEAT CUSTOMERS THEY GAVE US A 10% PRICE BREAK. HOW NICE!
