Perfect, initial inspection found that we were still in warranty of product and with help of Gibson we filed a claim and were able to cut the costs down tremendously. The overall work was performed quickly and the crew was professional. We will highly recommend Gibson Roofing and use ourselves for future projects.

Steve was very professional, very prompt and had things done fast. He was also very friendly and relatable, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be using him in the future for gutters and a few other things!

Price was comparable to other bids - Steve was professional from the first contact - lots of follow-up and patience since it took us awhile to decide to get started - crew showed up on time and worked long hours - It took 6.5 days to complete and we live on a huge slope so it wasn't and easy job. Every night the crew cleaned up and our entire space was usable. There was one issue, however Steve went above and beyond to make it right very quickly - We would definitely hire him again and recommend Gibson for sure

They did a fine job on the roof, the workers were great and they showed up on time. The construction work a valley where there was dry rot they didn't do so well, but they did credit me $500, so they made it right.

Steve was amazing. We originally had another roofer lined up, but he started to not respond to us. Steve was doing our neighbor’s roof and came over to introduce himself. He gave an estimate on the spot and said he could start the next day. He and his crew did a great job. He was super responsive, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.

We were under a tight deadline in order to meet the closing of a real estate transaction. Steve accommodated our tight timeline. When we ran into issues along the way Steve stepped in to remedy them. I highly recommend Gibson Roofing for all of your roofing needs. We used Gibson Roofing for a full roof replacement and are extremely pleased with the end product. Steve the owner is very hands on and spent the time to educate us on many of the different types of roof materials and options. He is very professional and easy to work with.

Excellent. Amazing how quickly the work was done, considering removing the old roof. In addition, rot was found on some of the plywood sheeting, which required extra materials and time. Before the extra work was performed, I was called and it was explained how the issue would affect things and there'd be extra cost, so it wasn't a surprise expense. Within hours the required extra materials was delivered and put in place. The crew was professional, courteous and fast. Things like the dump box and port-o-potty were delivered and removed so I didn't have to worry about those things either. Since I work from home, I could see (and hear) the work progressing so the only periods of slack was when the crew took time for lunch. When the work was complete, the area was quite clean. I was expecting lots of nails and other debris, which would've been bad since the dump box was in my driveway. I saw them do a perimeter search for debris around the work area which was a nice touch. It's been a couple of years so the roofing has weathered a couple of hot summers, icy/snowy winters, and lots of rain. I've been up on the roof of both the house and garage regularly to blow pine needles and leaves off of them and I haven't noticed any shingles delaminating or peeling up. It's MUCH easier to maintain than my original leaky roof so it still looks quite new.

Had the roof replaced quite a few years ago I noticed after a huge wind storm recently that a few of the shingles had lifted a little. I gave them a call and they came right out and fixed it. I was amazed at how fast they took care of it. When I went to pay they said it was free. It is so nice having a company you can count on.

All work was accomplished is a professional manner..Steve had a great personality and is easy to work with.

I've used a lot of contractors over the years and they are by far the best.

They were really respective of my plants and the surrounding areas on the ground that could have been effected from the roof project. Pleasure working with this company!
