Absolutely awful customer service! I scheduled one truck and three movers and after packing we determined we needed an additional truck and two more movers for our outdoor living items, like most active families. I called to make the request and the man that took the call was extremely defensive stating 'they don't move dirt, nor wet things.' I told him my items are clean and today they are wet due to rain although by moving day, they will be dry. He refused service and followed up with an Email stating that they refuse to move ANY of my outdoor items. I called to cancel the service and the woman that took the call was just as bad, if not worse then he was. She informed me they are going to turn me over to a collection agent to pay them for not cancelling within 72 hours, all while yelling what a wonderful company they are. Save yourself the frustration and hire ANY other company! No company should speak to you in a disresptful or condascending manner. I will also be filing formal complaints with ODOT and the BBB.

The move went excellent, both in the pick-up and the delivery. The 3 men were very efficient ,hard-working, and good at what they do. My parents had a ton of stuff, and they managed to get it all in. On the other end, in Redmond, they unloaded and set the furniture as instructed in their new home. Nothing was damaged ir broken. The price ended up to be about half that of movers I got estimates from who went by weight. This company charged by the hour and there was no dilly dallying! Highly recommend this company! We tipped them at the end for all of their hard work.

Juan & Kelly did excellent work. Affable, professional, and extreamly helpful. They made the overwhelm of moving so much more manageable -- and went above and beyond to carefully take apart extreamly intricate furniture. Highly recommend.

Best move I've experienced! Tucker and Josh showed up early, were courteous and professional, and were very careful with my belongings. They knew exactly what they were doing and kept a steady pace throughout the move. I would definitely hire All Around Movers again and would recommend them highly.

It was a fantastic experience. We had never used professional movers before - and were so happy with their service. We had everything packed and ready for the crew and "only" needed help moving furniture, plastic tubs and boxes. The 3 man crew of Tucker, Josh and Dakota were amazing. They first arrived at our daughter's home to pick up a tree and refrigerator and were very punctual. They then delivered those items to our new home. They arrived at our temporary house and in 3 short hours had their truck loaded and unloaded at our new residence. I had to restrain myself from cautioning them about boxes being heavy - as they carried them like they were full of feathers. They were friendly, professional, efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to have in our home. I absolutely would recommend them.

I booked the move with Sarah, who was extremely professional. The movers, Tucker and Chris, were right on time. They were efficient, hard-working, and extremely professional. There were no blips whatsoever--the whole process went smooth as silk. My daughter had recommended this company, and I am so glad I followed her recommendation. I am delighted with the whole experience.

Pros: On-time, flexible enough to make a second trip (unknown that would be necessary initially), generally a very good pace. Cons: Only 2 of 3 movers showed up (one called in sick, cost was adjusted) but there's no doubt this increased the time per load. Also, one of the movers was unnecessarily curt in communicating.

The 3 men were the best. They had to communicate and problem solve with how to get furniture out of tight spaces. They never argued or fought. They threw out ideas on what they thought was best way to get a glass sensitive item out of the house.

Very good. Movers were experienced and professional. It was the second job so I was aware it could be at any point. They called me before they finished the first job so I had plenty of time to prepare.

Josh and Dustin were on time and came well prepared to move us in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional, thoughtful and kind. My Mother is 85 years old and they could sense how stressful the move was for her. They reassured her and us, making a difficult situation so much easier. Josh and Dustin were careful with her bell collection, packed everything in a very timely manner and helped unpack at her new home. The kindness shown in their demeanor remains near and dear to my heart. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh and Dustin or All Around Movers to anyone requiring their services. It was obvious that their caring hearts made it more than just a move for older people but also treated us as though we really mattered. Thank you so very much!

They did wonderful work. The guys were great, worked really fast, and didn't break anything.

3 guys and a truck arrived promptly and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Several hours into the move they were still RUNNING back to the truck after each load. AMAZING! Even though they were very careful with everything, a piece of our RTA crib was damaged during the unloading process. The worker apologized profusely and took complete responsibility. Don (the owner) worked with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement part, and made it right. I would absolutely recommend them.

This is the fourth time we have used this company. ?The staff has always been hard workers, courteous and pleasant. They handled our belongings carefully. ?We've had no problems with this companies ever. ?I would use them again without hesitation.
