First off, when we decided that we did want a radiant floor installed under our (to be tiled) sunroom floor, our general contractor advised us that Stephens was really the only game in town for installing radiant floor systems, and while they do good work, Stephens is generally very unreliable from a scheduling perspective.  He was absolutely right.  When going through our house addition, the overall schedule was interrupted and/or delayed several times, waiting for ductwork or radiant flooring work to be completed (in a set sequence) by Stephens.  They are not reliable as far as meeting a set schedule is concerned.  I even had to make a personal visit to Stephens office at one point (since repeated calls from my general contractor went unanswered), informing the receptionist that our entire project was on hold, pending timely installation by Stephens.  We finally were able to get the project completed, though it was a struggle.  We worked with roughly 8-10 subcontractors on this addition, though the most challenging of all the subs was Stephens - by far. 
Why am I writing this review now?  I recently had the pressure tank for the radiant flooring system spring a leak, spraying water all through our garage.  There was no way to replace the tank without turning off the entire water supply to the house; I first installed a shutoff vale so I could use such niceties as the showers, toilets and faucets throughout the house while I proceeded to replace the pressure tank.  (I've never seen a plumber NOT install a shutoff valve at the fixture .. maybe to save a few bucks?)  Once I did find the leak, I discovered that the pressure tank was "mounted" (loose term) to the drywall with one roofing nail and a plastic strap.  So every time the radiant floor cycled, the tank cycled, then was vibrating, and eventually weakened near the inflow, developing a crack that then sprayed water everywhere.  Thankfully we weren't on vacation at the time.  The tank showed signs of significant corrosion on the outer surface, so I assumed it had been slowly leaking for some time.  The most awful installation I've seen .. it looked as if someone was just in a hurry to get the job done quickly and cheaply.  Very poor quality work.  I've now got the tank firmly mounted to the wall, with a shutoff valve in place, so any future tank replacement should be simple and straightforward.

This was the first time we had used their services. It went.o.k. They price was right but the service was sloppy. They had to come back twice to repair leaks. They were very responsive but we were unhappy with the cleanliness. They were not very professional.
