Let me know all the options, chose a mid-level, all-weather tire, and they did the deed. Appreciated their fast service and the popcorn in the waiting room!

Went in to have tires rotated and brakes checked. They found a bad caliper on the rear so I scheduled an appointment. When I took the car in I waited and waited and nothing happened. The car sat in the parking lot. Finally I went to the front desk and asked when I could expect completion. The service manager came in and told me they couldn't do the repair because the vehicle was a hybrid and required a special code reader that they didn't have. Seems like they could have told me that before I spent half a day waiting for theml.

Their service is excellent. I have had problems over in Eastern Oregon and they have been very responsive to have come in, getting my tires fixed and get me moving again. I rate them very highly.

My mini van was getting really a lot of vibration which often happens when the wheels aren't ballanced. I went in to have them ballance the tires, but the serviceperson brought me out and showed me that one of my tires had separated. I could definitely see how it would cause the problem as the portion that separated was bulging. They replaced my tire with a loaner free of charge! I had to report a low score on quality because since then the car pulls strongly to the right, but it was a free fix, so I'm not really complaining. I'm certain (based on my previous experience) that they will correct the problem when I return and that they will do so with outstanding customer service.
