We just had both of our bathrooms remolded. We were pleased with the level of personal attention, professionalism, responsiveness, project management, project delivery, budget consciousness, and overall handholding from beginning to end. Everyone involved understood how important this was to us in spite of our work hardly being a very large project. We never felt as if our needs weren’t the most important concerns they had.

They did excellent work completed exactly on time and were actually slightly under budget. They professional, highly skilled and did a great job.

We were very pleased with the craftsmanship that they did and the cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

They are very quick to schedule with you and complete the job. They understand that you do not want the job to last long so that you are not inconvenienced and unable to use the area that is being remodeled. I am very happy with their service.

The quality of the work was excellent.  They finished on time in the agreed 4 weeks, but once we could use the kitchen again it took an additional 3 weeks due to availability of their staff to finish the minor punch list items to enable the painter to finish (touch up, tweaks, etc.).  The homeowners must have their ideas and choice figured out as CCK&B runs a tight schedule.  They charge a definite premium versus the market, thus the 'B' on price.  But again, they held schedule and provided high quality and innovative solutions to the problems that arose (there are always issues in remodeling...).  Due to extensive pre-planning before we signed the contract we were able to avoide change orders which kept the project to the bid price.  We worked hard to stay within our agreed allowances for electrical, tile and countertops.

We approached four remodelling contractors with initial project scope and rapidly chose CCKB.  We talked to several previous clients and visited one site to inspect the quality of the craftsmanship.  We were focused on project planning, timeline and costs, but wanted first class finish work and attention to detail.  We got all of the above. 

CCKB will not be the lowest bidder, but this is a case of getting what you pay for.  We got value for our substantial investment.(> $300K)

The CCKB crew were talented careful craftsmen.  There was no smoking or blasting radios on site and the work place was left clean at the end of each day.  We finished essentially on time and budget with a wonderful result.
