The return policy is three days. I wish they had a week to return items

This is our 3rd purchase of furniture from Blackledge Furniture and whenever the 4th time comes, we'll go there again. Their sales people are knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. They let you take however much time you need to look around and and quot;try things on.and quot; They will leave you alone and let you look until you have questions or need help, and then they are right there. This time, our sales person was Carrie and she was very patient and helpful--even though it took us 2 days to decide which living room sofa was the one for us. She came up with helpful suggestions on fabrics and pros and cons of different sofas. There is never any pressure to buy. The sofa was delivered when they said it would be and is exactly how we ordered it. The delivery people were helpful and friendly. We are very happy with all aspects of Blackledge Furniture and highly recommend them for quality home furnishings.

This is a very nice furniture store with a large selection. The store personnel are extremely helpful, but not pushy. They will check with you when you enter and then leave you alone until you request help. We purchased furniture for living room and 2 bedrooms. Erika patiently answered questions and let us take our time in deciding. Delivery charges were very reasonable and delivery was on time. We have been very happy with the quality of the furniture we purchased there and we will certainly be back to do business with them again.

We were impressed with the professional help at the store. She listened well to what we were looking for, gave us time to look on our own, then when we asked for help to clarify some issues, she was extremely helpful--again listening and responding to our needs. Throughout the process, she was not pushy at all; quite the contrary, she was truly responding to what we were saying. One of the most helpful sales professionals who we've ever dealt with. Furniture was delivered carefully and on time. The movers also moved our existing couch and chairs to another location in our house. Helpful and courteous.
