Description of Work: I was given ServPro as a resource by my insurance agent. Paul came out to look at the work that needed to be done (repair an 8" hole in the ceiling and repair/retexture various wall dings) and to prepare an estimate. Talking with him was helpful, but they had a backlog and I still hadn't received the estimate in 2 weeks, so went with another service provider.

+ -1 moreThey arrived promptly--a team of two. They were calm, efficient, and explained thoroughly every phase of the operation. Their professionalism helped us immensely, as were were dealing with a very messy situation. They did the job quickly, assessed the damage, removed those items they could not salvage, and left the area ready for re-construction. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Sanitized finished basement after a sewage back-up, tore out wallboard and carpet and disposed of infected materials. Disinfected everything and dehumidified.

+ -1 moreServpro ordered a pod from PODS to store the contents of the garage and shop so that the area could be dried and repaired. The POD was delivered to the street, which resulted in a City Code violation. Ultimately the POD was moved from the street to the driveway, which resulted in the contents of the left side of the POD crashed to the center. Everything in our attic (over the garage) was moved and in disarray.
Description of Work: This provider was hired by our home insurance to mitigate water damage due to an outside broken pipe, which flooded our attic, garage, and shop.. The pipe broke on December 9th and Servpro was contacted by the insurance representative. The insurance representative said that Servpro would be calling to schedule within a couple of hours. Servpro arrived on December 19. The Servpro representative reported that some how our insurance request was lost, which is why it took them so long to arrive.
