We opened our doors in Lake Oswego, Oregon on May 1, 2004, with a goal to be the region’s premier mortgage banker by combining solid business principles with a client focus. This commitment has never changed and today PRM is recognized as a top-tier provider of home loans throughout the Pacific Northwest. Contributing to our continued success and reputation for outstanding client service is the fact that PRM has always been a local mortgage banker. While licensed to do business in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California, what we do and how we do it is local. Our loan processing, underwriting, and funding is done in-house which helps streamline the entire lending process. Our Branch offices, located around the region, are staffed by local individuals who know the markets being served. And most importantly, being a local lender enables us to serve everyone not just as a client but as a friend and neighbor. PRM’s success can also be attributed to our outstanding Loan Originators and skilled staff of Branch and mortgage banking operations individuals. Many members of our team have been with us from the very start. Others joined our “family” after realizing that PRM is exactly what they want in a professional environment. It is no surprise that our Loan Originators average nearly 20 years of lending experience with our operations staff not far behind. Looking forward, PRM’s growth will continue to be grounded on maintaining the continuity of our family and this will be done by selectively adding new members in a manner that creates a win-win situation for our clients and PRM as a whole. The original ownership team of PRM remains active in daily operations and includes Matt Stashin (President and CEO), Eric Wiley (Chief Operating Officer), and Bob Hefty (Chief Financial Officer). Together, these mortgage industry veterans have guided PRM to achieving and maintaining high standards in client satisfaction, loan quality, and lending performance resulting in consistent mortgage volume and sustained growth even during down markets.
