The best part was the ON TIME appearance. Wes was courteous and his work so far seems professional. I've said so far for his work because he is scheduled to come out again to fix one remaining issue. The hot water pump that he had installed is not working properly yet. But I believe he will fix it right. The rest of his work was very good.

They were prompt in getting back to me and scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. Their service person was very knowledgeable and got the job done well. Cost was higher than expected but I don't mind paying for good service and also for job that was done well. I would hire them again any time.

HE was scheduled to look at the job at a specific time. He was here, reviewed the situation and gave us a solid estimate. He did a temporary repair on a backed up sink and scheduled to fix it when he put in the new toilet. He scheduled a time to be here on a Saturday and then called to see if he could come in earlier than scheduled. He completed both repairs quickly and without any mess. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
