They're very nice and they gave up a good presentation. They seem that they would give me a god roof.  I went pursuing on using their service because I just feel like it was said by them to do with anything more than that. They were on time and they spent time explaining things to me and showing me why it was important to do it this way. They're very respectful and I didn't have any problem with them. They would start doing the roof next week. There's a lead way with supply on how much plywood depeding on how much wood they're going to use. He came out and went up and looked at my roof and talked to me about what shape the roof was in. He went over very well and answered all my questions. He did very well.

They were wonderful and I would use them in the future. We just didn't get that house. They quoted us, showed up and their response was wonderful. We've been on like five different houses before and we finally got it. They were prompt and they're willing to work early in the morning. We met like seven in the morning and they're just really nice. I got a really good feeling about them. They called and said they were there and I said, I'm behind you. I pulled in and we got out and looked and it was just good. They were very professional. I would have trusted them to do the work in a heartbeat.

They were very excellent!  They were on time, and they were friendly.  They did superb work, and finished before time.  Also, they cleaned everything up.  I couldn't ask for more.

It couldn't have gone better.  Teo Giron met with us several times to plan the job and help us plan for moving or protecting plants,    and we corresponded a couple of times to clarify details of the job, etc.  He was prompt and responsive, and explained what he was proposing clearly, and laid out alternatives (for type and weight of shingles, and options for venting, for instance).
The crew showed up on time, started off by moving a number of large potted plants and building shelters over plants in the ground, and went to work.  It took 4 days to do the roof, and the roof was weatherproof when they left each evening. The crew was very focused, hardworking and worked very well together.
Cleanup was everything we could have asked for; even other contractors have commented on how clean the site was.
The gutters and downspouts took one l-o-o-ng day, but that, too, was done smoothly and neatly.
The bill was higher than the "basic" bid, but we were expecting to find rot under the 87-year old roof.  Similarly, replacing the gutters was both necessary under the circumstances, and entirely reasonable in cost.
If I had any sense of something that could have gone better, it's that Giron General Construction would be well-served to hook up with an experienced stucco repair/restoration person  with whom to collaborate when working on re-roofing stucco houses.
As to whether we would hire Giron General Construction again, the answer is "yes", and we've asked for an estimate on another (smaller and less urgent) project

First of all, I requested an estimate on line. Within a few hours Teo called me. Teo is the company's owner. We scheduled a visit for the next day. He showed up on time, was very polite, inspected the roof, explained what should be done and told me he would drop an estimate in a few hours. No more then three hours later I had the estimate in my hands. He also told me that nothing would change in the estimate, except for whatever plywood they would need at $38 per sheet plus labor. They also removed an old dish antenna from previous owner and an old chimney no longer needed. 
After seeing two other companies I decided to go with Giron because I felt they were very honesty, upfront, not pushy. I got one estimated lower but felt they were cutting corners and one much, much, much higher, I felt they were full of themselves, pretensions e trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a single female owner. 
Teo helped me with the roof color and we decided on a date. The workers showed up on time, covered all my garden and patios, they were friendly and polite. 
The whole job took only two days!! They cleaned up all their things. I found ONE nail that had fallen into a crevice, other then that, they took all the rubbish out. 
Teo came each morning and then on the third day he did a final inspection with me to make sure I was happy. 
The extra work, which turned out to be four places with very rotten plywood and even some house frame, they replaced all of it and the additional cost was $480.00!!! 
I am very happy with my new roof, the color is perfect and compliments my house. Teo and his crew deserve an A+++++ 
I would recommend and use them again.

They did an excellent job,were on time and did a good job of cleaning up  Workmen answered any questions that I had satisfactorly. The price was very good and I definately will hire them to  do any work that I may have in the future.

Myself nor the renters were in the house when they were working. However, the renters said it went well. Things were cleaned up when they got home each night and the crew was friendly.  Giron Construction took photographs for me so I could review the work. I wasn't able to go see the roof, so this was perfect for me.  After reviewing the pictures, I didn't feel the need to go climb on top of the roof and check it out. Although now I can since it's not a dangerous moss covered mess. Guimis was very responsive via email, my choice method of communication.  It was nice not to have to goto the house and worry or deal with this. They took care of everything while I remained on the other side of town and I am happy things went so smoothly.

Thio was amazing!  He was so responsive and went above and beyond to meet our timeline.  We loved that it's a family business and his values towards quality and attention to detail were wonderful~  His crew was very fast and thorough and we are very happy.

Called on the telephone and scheduled appointment to measure. On time and very professional. We got multiple quotes from other contractors. Giron were average in cost.
 We had a unique situation. We live in Florida, the house is in Oregon. Giron were happy to work with us over the phone and allow our agent to review the work completed before payment was made. Due to scheduling issues on my side this took an additional 5 days. Giron const. were understanding and helpful.
Quality of work was great, communication was great.
 I would recommend them to friends and family.

Guimis came out quickly to bid the job. Price was lowest of my 3 bids. They were very accommodating of my time frame. (I was also having the house painted and had delays due to bad weather.) As soon as the painting was done, they came out immediately and did the gutters. The men who installed were very nice and polite. They confirmed where they were going to put downspouts and let me know any potential obstacles before work was started. When they finished, they walked the house with me and made sure I was happy. They were quick and left the job site clean.  All throughout the process, I had fast communication from Guimis. He would return my emails, usually, within minutes.

They came out to do the bid. Most communication was through email. They took pictures of everything as they went. The work was done in one day. They showed me pictures of the repair every step of the way.

Workers were on time, considerate and polite. Kept in communication with Teo when questions  came up. I am hiring them to do my siding.

When Guimis Giron arrived he said the Living Social deal I purchased for moss treatment was for only one level. I have one roof and the fine print in the Living Social deal was 2000 square feet of the same level. He said he charges extra fees for a 2 story house. There was no statement anywhere in the Living Social deal that the deal was only for a one level house. He indicated that Living Social was only in it to make money and they took 65% cut from the total price. I asked him why this was a $500 value, what did people get for $500 because I don't see how spreading granules over a few places on the roof are worth $500. He indicated that was Living Social's estimate of the value. I would never hire this company and am disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this experience.

Teo Giron contacted me promptly, scheduled an inspection, provided me with an estimate and my options, and after I accepted, he scheduled the work dates.  His communications were responsive and informative, which ensured that the process went smoothly and efficiently.  I was impressed with his knowledge, and the efficiency and quality of the work of his crew, The roofing work looks great and their clean up afterwards left my property spotless.  Additionally, Teo offered suggestions to improve the life of my roof, which I very much appreciated.  I recommend his work wholeheartedly, and will definitely use his company again.

The worst!

I called 3 roofing companies that I found by going onto Angie's List. After reviewing the 3 bids and talking to each of the companies rep's I decided to go with Giron General Construction Company LLC.  The owner Teo Giron was very knowledgeable in the construction field.
     We sat down and discussed what to expect during the project.to include time frame,  and problems that might add onto the cost of project to include replacement of plywood or other material  that was no worthy of using. The project took two days to complete. I had to have 8 sheets of plywood replaced and new trim around the whole house along the edge of the roof. The company also reinforced the trusses in the attic area.  They also removed a pipe that was attached to my wood stove which I wanted to remove. 
     I was very pleased with the outcome of the job not to mention that it was within our working budget. The crew was also very knowledge about the job and needed very little supervision
     In the future I will use the company again when I have some siding work done.  I have given the company my permission to use my name and address if anyone wants to check out their workmanship.

From start to finish it went better than I expected. I had made an error when signing our contract and told Teo the wrong color. Teo called later to confirm our choice before he ordered the materials and my error was discovered and corrected then. Thank your for double checking !
The crew had to delay the start because  weather patterns changed and we had a period of rain expected. Materials were ordered and delivered  so that as soon a small window of opportunity appeared work could begin, We were  notified the evening before and they arrived the next morning with enough workers to completely strip off the old roof and install the new roof in only two days.
As the job neared completion I was pleased to see the clean-up begin. During construction there is naturally a lot of debris and various materials scattered about. This debris was completely cleaned up and they even went over our entire yard, drive and walkways two or three times with a large powerful magnet to capture any small nails or other metal scrap that had fallen.

I was out of town when I got a call from my renter about the roof leaking. I called my neighbor for a referral for a roofer and was given high praises and the phone number of Giron General Construction. I called them about 5 pm on a rainy Friday afternoon, Giron went to my property next morning, assesed the leakage then notified me they would tarp the roof during the current rain storm. When I returned, we met and discussed my very old partially rotted roof and agreed to a price to reroof. I had been given quotes previously but Giron beat all the others. They agreed to start work when the rain stopped about five days later. They arrived on time, got busy and tore off most of the old 1000 sq. ft. roof the first day. They replaced rotted lumber, laid/blew in new insulation then reroofed the flat roof in a very timely manner photographing each step of the process. They recycled appropriately and cleaned up all around the house, pressure washed & painted exposed wood.   I am extremely happy with their communication, professionalism. and quality of their work.   My tenants noticed an immediate improvement in how quickly the house warms up and stays comfortable . I highly recommend Giron General Construction.
