What to do if your roof 25-year-old roof has sprung a leak? Call Jose and have his crew replace the roof. They arrived as soon as our Portland weather allowed (it was a January job) and worked all day every day to give us a beautiful new roof. If I had a question Armando was quick to give me an answer. They were recommended by two neighbors and I have already recommended them to friends who are considering a new roof.

When Jose showed up to look at my house i knew his company was the one we would select he was the only one that got up on the roof and measured everything and looked at the roof good his crew was great they had to tear off 3 layers of old roof and replace up to 25 sheets of plywood they worked there tails off on my 40 year old house they cleaned up every night before they left and did a great job cleaning everything up when they were finished with the job i cant believe how nice the house looks now with a brand new roof and gutters i would recommend them to anybody thanks Jose and the rest of the crew at GironRoofingInc

I needed all my skylights replaced quickly since we are going into rainy season and they started leaking. Jose from Giron was very pleasant and explained my options. Comparatively their pricing was reasonable and they even showed up earlier than scheduled. I will use them when it's time to replace the entire roof.

Lester not only did the bid but he also oversaw the setup of the job and came back to inspect the work. I had an active leak so the expedited the job before the next rainy day. They got back to me quick and it took less than two hours to finish the job. So far It has solved my leek. We have had some some downpours and no signs of a leak, so happy.

They did the job I requested in a timely manner, the crew seemed to know their stuff and finished with a good job cleaning up. They did some upgrades I requested and did not try to "up sell' me on things I didn't feel I needed. Time will tell as to the actual quality of the work but it appears to be as good as I hoped. There were a few style points that I am not crazy about but that is just appearance.

I was referred to Giron about 5 years ago, and that family is still pleased with the work. I am a widow and have no one to advise me (except Home Advisor) A sales representative came to my home and explained the product and warranty very well. Also the roofers attend courses multiple times to assure the product is applied according to the manufacturer's requirements. The reassurance of having warranteed work is a relief to me. I was told the work would take 2-3 days, but surprisingly 2 crews arrived and 99% of the work was done in just one day! The remaining work was completed about 10 days later. It was cosmetic only - repair to the lower edge of siding that had become brittle due to age. Giron kindly added painted and caulked trim, since it occurred when flashing was being installed under the siding edge. My particular job had some unique aspects, and since so many workers were working so very quickly some of the aspects were not communicated in a timely manner to the crews. However the issues were quickly resolved when communication between the sales rep. and the job manager and myself clarified my job idiosyncrasies to the crews. The crews were very efficient and respectful. Each concern or question I raised was answered by all the Giron employees with "It's your home, it will be taken care of." As the work progressed and unforseen needs arose, they we're flexible and accommodating to the additional work. I wholeheartedly recommend Giron as a responsible, professional, and respectful roofing company. My roof is beautiful. I am very happy!

This company is amazing. The bid was done in a timely manner, as was the scheduling. Our roof is beautiful. We have a steep roof with a dormer and front porch, as well as a detached garage with a steep roof and dormer. The entire job and clean-up was done in 3 days. The price was so reasonable too. We highly recommend this company.
