They were quick to respond for an estimate appointment. Didn't waste our time with overselling the product. Made some very good suggestions. Once we decided to go with Giron they kept in touch with us on approx. start date, what to expect and were true to their dates and promises. They checked in daily, cleaned up each day pretty well (in the middle of a big project so it isn't going to look spotless), and were done within the time we expected. Cleaned up after the project very well and t he roof looks great, the gutters look great and we weren't hit with surprises. Eric (salesman) followed up several times to see if we had questions or concerns and so did several other Giron employees. The project went so smoothly and efficiently! Best big job we have had done is many years.

I needed to replace the gutters in our home which, from what I could figure, were installed in 2000-2001. They weren t draining the water away from the foundation of the house, allowing water to seep up under the basement floor during heavy or prolonged rain events. I d tried DIY solutions to move the water away from the house but the gutters were in bad shape. It was time to have them replaced. Eric came out to do the initial estimate which, although he stated their bids are usually right in the middle, was lower than previous estimates I had. I d chosen Giron based on their reviews and their customer interactions. The low estimate was tempered by the fact I knew most of the fascia board which the gutters are attached to needed replacement. My home was flipped in the early 2000s so the roof and gutters were barely good enough. The possible additional costs were laid out before I accepted their bid. Ernesto and Jesus came out with their crew to remove and evaluate the job. They discovered most of the fascia was rotted as they pulled the old gutters (which was poorly set up anyways). Jesus seemed a little apprehensive to give the bad news but, as my wife and myself are business owners who deal with the public everyday, I understood as I m sure some previous clients may not have been as reasonable. Jesus takes pride in his work as he stated I can t warranty my gutters if they don t have a good base to attach to. The other reason I chose Giron is that they also replace the fascia boards as needed and I didn t have to find another contractor to do it (which I think is strange that other roofing/gutter contractors don t have the workers to do that). Victor was sent out on a Friday to start the replacement of the fascia boards. He, by himself, in on-and- off rain, replaced the fascia boards and came back on Saturday to complete the job. During this whole time, Lester, who I ll assume is the project manager/coordinator kept me up to date by calling me (even into the evening at 8!) to let me know the timeline. He also kept in contact via text which, in this day and age, is convenient as we can t always pick up the phone. In the end, Jesus and his crew came back the following Tuesday and installed my new gutters with relocated and better downspouts. Jesus was thoroughly professional and informative during the installation, understanding my concerns with the previous gutters and their poor drainage. He listened and came up with solutions that were aesthetically pleasing as well as doing the job that gutters were supposed to do. While the replacement ended up costing me significantly more than the estimate due to the replacement of all the fascia boards on my house, I was happy to pay for it knowing that everyone who worked on this project took pride in what they and did a great job right down to one of the owners coming by to pick up the old fascia board they had neatly piled in my driveway and sweeping up the area to make sure there were no nails left out. Thanks to the entire team at Giron. I ll be using them next year to tackle my roof, next.

Outstanding, I was so impressed from bid to final inspection. This is a very professional company, they get the job done fast and efficiently. I am so glad I took the time to get just one more bid, after hours of listening to other sales pitches and then ending up with absolutely outrageous bids, in came Eric he had no fancy sales pitches, didn't cut into my evening more then needed, gave me the bid I was looking for and that included the gutters!! Could it get any better? Yes, with in 1 week my roof was replaced and gutters installed. I am still pinching myself as I drive up to my home that looks absolutely beautiful. Had some issues with workmanship and cleanup around the site, but Giron ultimately resolved everything. I would hire again, but be sure they use suitable protection around the house and thorough clean-up.

Listen, for me â reading reviews is very important. I have never written a review before, but I realize that I should this time. I want to say Thank You to Jose Giron for coming to our house and for giving us an honest and fair quote on our roof project. We knew that we needed a complete tear down and replacement on our 1960â s ranch and that we would probably have issues that needed to be fixed. We had previous quotes, one of which was obviously an attempt to take advantage of my elderly Mom and myself. Jose gave us a very reasonable quote, and we just felt right about his demeanor and his assessment. Go with your instincts. Thatâ s what we did. Our experience with Giron Roofing was very positive. They took on the job very quickly, completed our roof in 2 days and followed up with some additional repairs. Their roofers and subcontractors were all so hard-working, honest and did good work. My family is very grateful for everything that Giron Roofing did to help us take care of a big project for our family home.

Giron Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old cedar shake roof. They did a complete tear-off, added plywood sheathing, and Malarkey Windsor roofing. We have a large, very steep roof, but the project went very smoothly and was completed in just one week. The tear-off was quite messy, as would be expected, but the crew did a great job cleaning up. They even ran a magnet around the house to catch any nails or staples, which is very important for a family with young children and pets. The Malarkey roofing product is beautiful. After reviewing the products listed in our HOA requirements we found that the Malarkey Windsor was equal to or better, but had a superior warranty. Additionally, Giron is an Emerald Premium contractor for Malarkey, which adds peace of mind, knowing that they have installed the product to the manufacturer's requirements and standards. We couldn't be happier with the results and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Giron for anyone needing a roof replacement.

This was my second time using the Giron Roofing Company. They put a new roof on my house in 2013. Now they replaced my huge skylight. What wonderful people! They communicate well, show up in time, always very happy to be here and they went above and beyond what I expected, Jose was my main contact and I must say, what a nice young man! Very professional, respectful and personable. Their prices were comparable with the other two companies I had estimates from, so because I had done business with them before and was very happy, I hired them again. The job is done and it is perfect!

The staff were easy to work with and the roof looks great and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when the project was done.

They replaced dry rot siding and painted our home. Jose puts his customers first. Both the Roof crew and paint crew did excellent work.

The price was very competitive, the work was started the next week and completed within a day and a half. Cleanup was impeccable, the project lead communicated well with me on the progress and the new roof looks great. I would definitely hire Giron again! We received other quotes and Jose was the first to walk the roof to get an accurate estimate. The entire team was incredibly professional. In fact, we having them quote us to replace our siding too.

It went great. Eric came out to give us an estimate and left a booklet on what to expect during the process. Eric won me over with his professionalism and his reassurances that the roof would be done in a timely manner. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. I googled the company before I signed and it was very positive, from people like us. The first day there were 6 people. They were fast and very nice. What I liked is they cleaned up every night before they went home. They fixed our soffits and faschia boards. When the roof was done, the next crew was there to do their job. It was like that through, to the painting process. They came after the painter was done, and it was a late night for him, and cleaned up all of the extra boards and garbage. When they left, my home looked like they had never been there. It was such a joy having these guys replace our roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Very expensive for the time it took to do. I understand that they have to travel and expenses to pay and I needed to get the repair done before any water damage could happen so all is well.
