I just had my roof replaced by Giron Construction LLC. It is certainly a pleasure doing business with them. After meeting Jose during the appointment for an estimate, I am highly impressed by his friendly and open business conversation. I confirmed and scheduled the roofing job with Giron out of the 5 roofers interviewed. It is indeed the right choice. The beautiful roof replacement was efficiently done during the hottest day of the year (96 degrees F), which I was wondering when seeing the weather forecast if they might have it rescheduled. Excellent communications was maintained throughout the entire course of business, including scheduling/job confirmation from their main office, on site notification of any structural concern and follow-up call for satisfaction. Armando, Enrico and all crew members are definitely long experienced and live to their business promise. I could see that they are a professional,l happy working team. In less than 2 days, my new roof was built with even improvement in the exhaust vents from the bathrooms. They clean up around my house nicely every day. My neighbors are also impressed by their efficiency, quality of work as well as the great look of the Malarkey roofing product made in Oregon for the weather. Giron Construction is a certified Contractor of Malarkey Roofing Products. It is well worth the investment of this home improvement. Giron Construction LLC is now my first choice of future home improvement needs.

they did a good job, they replaced a concrete tile roof with shingles. There were some things I wish they could have done differently aesthetically, but they weren't big deals. The roof looked very nice and the new gutters were a needed improvement over the old ones.

Complete professionalism from start to finish. I have a magnificent roof that was done in just two days albeit long days. These guys never seem to tire out. Although done in a short period of time, it was accomplished with great care. These folks are respectful, courteous and friendly. I'm retired from 37 years in construction and can tell you that this combination is hard to find. And they are worth every penny. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Giron Roofing provided fast clean install; certified installer and top tier service provider recognized by top tier roof material supplier, Malarkey Roofing Products USA. Replaced a few 25-yr-old dry rotted plywood sheathing, replaced roof vents and skylight with LowE glazing. High wind warranty 6-nails instead of 3-nails by others. Polymer underlayment used to seal against leaks.

They came in early, worked until it became dark, arrived the next morning (early) and finished up around mid-day. There were legitimate cost over-runs, but by my other estimates, it came very close and was the least expensive. I would recommend them to anybody who had little money with which to work,

Please be careful when hiring Giron Roofing. I met with their sales rep, signed a contract for a new roof, gave them a substantial deposit, and when I called them to talk about scheduling, they told me that they did not want to do the work. Luckily I was able to cancel my check.

They take the work and their reputation seriously. This is a small, owner operated company. You will probably meet the owner, when he lines-out the job for his crew.

The office personnel called and set up an appointment and the service call was done immediately. The work was a small repair and they were able to put me in their schedule and the work was done in a day.

Quick response. Great service. Repairs completed one day before rains begin in 40 mph winds.

They replaced a leaky skylight with a new one. They were efficient and fast.

Giron Construction replaced my roof with high quality materials and workmanship. The crew completed the job quickly, in less than 3 days. The cleanup and removal of excess materials was immediate. The owner, Teo, and project manager, Lucas, were extremely responsive to my concerns and questions. And their bid was very competitive. Only because there was a slight miscommunication between the sales rep and the crew on the scope and schedule of the work am I not giving 5 stars. However, everything was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Giron Construction.

Above and beyond. That is how I would describe Giron Construction. I had a rental that needed a new roof. I wanted to get it done quickly so that I could get it re-rented as soon as possible. Although all three were relatively the same price, I went with Giron Construction because Jose Giron gave me a bid right away, explained it in detail, and used superior products. And I am so glad that I did. Although at the time Jose could not guarantee me a quick install, he did promise to try and work me into the schedule. To my surprise, I got a call three days later and said they could do the complete tear off and re-roof the next day. Their work was excellent. They were responsive and cleaned up the area beautifully. I would highly recommend.

Giron rep Jose gave an excellent presentation, provided glossies and estimates. We asked about products and Giron, and never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. After three estimates, we chose Giron, and are happy we did. They did exactly as they said they'd do, from dropping off the dumpster, to keeping in touch regarding the weather/install day. The crew introduced themselves, were professional in appearance, courteous, and friendly. Their work was focused and completed on time. Follow up was Excellent.
