Eddie was extremely quick to return a phone inquiry and schedule a service call. Our machine is back together and running beautifully.

Eddie was on time, diagnosed the problem, he gave me 2 options on how to proceed with the repair with the pros and cons of each.  I took his recommendation and he fixed my machine within an hour.  I would highly recommend him.

Eddie looked over my treadmill very carefully but couldn't find anything wrong with it. Of course it turned on for him. However, after I used it once, the problem came back. Eddie came back, figured out the problem and didn't charge us a second time. I was on it today for an hour and I am so pleased!

After finding Eddie under Fitness Equipment on Angie's List - the only entry that clearly stated assistance with assembling equipment - I called him and left a message. Eddie called me back within an hour and we scheduled him to come over the next day. Eddie was very prompt! I had my elliptical mostly assembled, but it clearly wasn't set up right even though I followed the directions to the letter. Eddie instantly saw the problem - two of the issued bolts and nuts were the wrong lengths and sizes. He used parts from his own 'doctor's bag', which fit perfectly! He inspected the entire machine and tweaked several things. He also went above and beyond by showing me where on the machine the provided parts fit, but were weak enough to pose a safety risk. Again, using his own parts, he replaced 3 of the flimsy kit washers with heavy duty washers. He was finished in a jiffy. Eddie is very nice, polite, and conscientious. He knows what he's doing, and I will hire him in a heartbeat to help me again!

We were very impressed with Eddie's professionalism.  He arrived early and went straight to work disassembling the elliptical, bringing it down to the basement and reassembling it again. It works perfectly. He then helped my husband dissemble, move and reassemble his heavy bag into the basement as well.  Eddie wore booties every time he entered our house (without us requesting) and was friendly the entire time.

Eddie Moist, the technician, was extremely honest and polite. The first time that I called him, he encouraged me to research the warranty on my elliptical and see if I could get it serviced through the warranty, so that he wouldn't have to come out and charge me. He actually did the right thing, passing up on an easy opportunity for money, to help save me money.
Once I discovered that the warranty was not going to cover the service, I contacted Eddie again, and he came to my home. Again, he was very honest and polite, taking the time to describe in detail how my elliptical worked and what might be wrong with it. He took it apart, examined everything, and showed me how it worked, then put it back together. His charges were very reasonable.

Eddie was punctual, professional and thorough.  He repaired the treadmill.  He put on shoe booties to protect our wood floor.  We did not have to request that.  He went above and beyond helped to move the heavy treadmill to a different room!

Eddie was very prompt. I live quite a ways from where he is located, but his service charge was within reason.  So far, he seems to have repaired what was needed, and it was a good experience overall.

The service went very well overall. He was an honest person! He checked out the entire treadmill and figured out exactly what was wrong. He let me know about a part that he needed to find, and explained it could or could not be expensive. He called me a few days later and told me the part was expensive and advised me that it probably wouldn’t be worth repairing. I took his advice, and I appreciated his honesty. I’d definitely call him again!
