The description of the work tells the story. WE ARE NOT HAPPY! We did not get what we paid for. A/C unit still does not work. Coolwave tells us today that we need a new A/C unit and that he doesn't sell them only works on them. He is unwilling compromise and make good on his work. He was responsive on returning phone call and showing up but not willing to be of good customer service. Sorry I can't recommend him. We will call one of Angie's List's companies.
Description of Work: Our A/C did not work. Coolwave was called to repair on 3/19. They said it needed freon $250.00. System failed again on 3/30 and Coolwave installed a new compressor and charge us $1038.00 with a 1 year warranty. After operation, the system froze while we boiled inside at 92 degrees. We operated the system on and it immediately froze up again. Coolwave returned on 4/10 and charged us $150.00 citing it was unrelated to the previous work. Total spent $1438. Today 4/19 Coolwave tells us we need a new air conditioning unit. We are not happy with Coolwave.
