They came our the same day we called them. They were helpful and explained all our options and didn't push anything on us. We got the right fit for us and now have reliable heat and better performance. The installers were professional and had great attention to details. I would definitely call them again for future HVAC projects.

Not well. As a comfort club member we pay one year ahead for maintenance visits for furnace and AC. A service rep, not the one we requested, completed AC service in early summer. Each year the come in the Fall to service the furnace. A low level clerk, on the day of scheduled fall furnace, called and cancelled service, stating in the summer the AC tech. turned on the furnace and it was fine. So, as a comfort club member you pay ahead for service you never receive. In prior years they serviced the furnace and replaced the filter every Fall.

I was very impressed by their desire to get it right. They had installed the a/c unit but for some reason it wasn't working and it was 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. They guys went back into the attic and figured out that Jacobs Heating/AC had screwed up the wiring when they had installed our furnace 6 months earlier. The guys fixed the wiring and everything worked.

We pay them about $16 a month all year long. They are A grade.

My experience with A Temps was great. I initially contacted them online and they responded the next day. John came out and showed me the different options as well as pros and cons. I wasn't interested in air conditioning but he showed me how I could add a vent in the basement that would bring up the cool air should it get too warm on the main floor. I chose a furnace and set up the installation based on my work schedule. They (Rafael and Sergio) arrived as planned and went to work. Turns out they had to change the original plans for venting and had to spend a good amount of time running new pvc piping for air intake/exhaust. Despite having to work in a small space the job they did was very professional looking. They also had to add additional piping to separate the gas lines for the stove and furnace so each had it's own shutoff. The whole process took them nearly 12 hours, I don't even think they stopped for lunch. When they were done they tested the unit and made sure I knew how to use the thermostat. I am grateful they took the extra time to finish the project as I had to work the following day. The furnace works great, all the additional work they did (piping, patching of old access) looks very professional. they were respectful of my house and answered all my questions. I'm quite happy with this company.

They come out once a year to service our heating and A/c. They call us and remind us when it is time to service. We will use them again.

We were not real pleased with the results. We have used them for years. We have been in this house for 12 years and we have always used them. We needed a new furnace. The salesman came out and sold us on a top-of-the-line furnace because it had a fan that went on by increment. They delivered it and found it was too big to fit into the space. So, we had to go with some brand that we never heard of. It is basically what we had. We had to replace the one we had because it had problems, but the furnace in the house is in a closet in the hall. They had to take the drawer off to take the old furnace out and put the new one in which was fine. I had no problem, but when they put the drawer back on, they got it on wrong and I could hardly open it. I am still having problems getting it opened. There were some things like that we were not satisfied with. That was the only problem we have had with them though and of course it would be with a new furnace. The other thing about the furnace that the salesman convinced us to go with is that it had a top-filter where the filter has to be replaced only once-a-year rather  than every three months and the furnace we got has the same filter system that we had which is a hassle. I have no idea what the price is because the furnace we ended up with cost less than the one that they originally quoted us because it was top-of-the-line, but I guess their price is as good as anyone. It is two months old and we have not had any problems with it. I guess it works as well as anything. They came when they said they were coming. The guy that worked to install the furnace was very good. I do not know if I would use them again. I have some reservations after our experience with the new furnace. For now, I would use them again only because we have a warranty on the thing and I pretty much have to use them for the warranty work.
