I'm friendly, professional, caring, and I love the transformation from dirty to clean. I love what I do and love meeting new people and the process of creating business relationships with my customers. I studied hard, I have experience, I even took courses so I can do everything right Evey time. Out of everything I offer, my favorite has to be cement cleaning. its satisfying to me. I make sure I get before and after pictures for the customer so they can see the transformation side by side. if it isn't up to their satisfaction, I am always happy to keep going until it is. I would say I stand out because I don't push for the customer to pay me for a surface they don't need. I do not like to lay on pressure and force someone to say yes, I like to provide action and proof to give comfort to the customer to decide in their own time.
