JOSH responded INSTANTANEOUSLY to my request at 11 p.m., had Trevor at my home at 8 a.m. the next morning to replace a broken spring. I asked about replacing the other spring (I have two single doors), and replacing the openers. Trevor was back in a couple of hours and did a perfect installation updating to the new WiFi liftmaster openers. Super quiet and everything adjusted with precision, all at a very reasonable price. Trevor left my garage immaculate, like nothing ever happened, a true professional. I highly recommend this company.

I was charged $95.00 for their service call which I thought was too expensive. The man who came out did give me tips on maintaining my door, etc, and was very nice.

He arrived about an hour later than expected, but was very friendly and efficient. Turned out my door didn't need a repair. He explained the motor is on its last leg and made adjustment to it and also lubricated the tracks. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need yet.
