Price quoted was $1.25 an hour, which seemed reasonable. When I dropped off the birdcage, he said it would probably take him an hour or an hour and a half. That would have been OK. When he called me the next day, told me that it was ready to be picked up, and said the charge was only $36.25 I was very happy. However, when I picked up the cage all the easy to sand parts (flat areas) had been sandblasted, but not the filigree or the feet. Instead of leaving it for him to try again I decided to bring it to another shop.
