They installed a roof on my brother-in-laws home. The main contact was extremely rude and even combative with even the simplest questions. They did not follow fall protection requirements and put their employees at risk while also putting the homeowner at risk. I would never recommend this company for any type of roofing project. A one star rating is too high for them.

I liked Roofmasters a lot. They did great work and the finished product was beyond my expectations. I couldn't even tell that they were there performing work since their clean-up was so diligent. One area that I would recommend for them to approve upon is communication. I would have liked a more up-to-date status of my install date vs. me having to reach out.

After contacting several other roofing and handyman services who either didn't return my messages or couldn't get out to even look at the problem for 2-3 weeks, we finally contacted Roof Masters. They returned my call within minutes and sent someone out immediately. They were here within the hour and evaluated the issue, showing us pictures they had taken from the roof. They discovered rain water was running off the roof, in between the chimney and siding partially because there was no metal flashing installed along the chimney (the roof was installed by another company). The crew added the flashing right then and there and referred us to a handyman service whom they trusted to address the siding and interior damages. We are so appreciative of their prompt response!

We took several bids for the job, roof masters came in with the lowest bid. They gave us approximately 2 weeks lead time on the installation and they showed up as promised with no delays. The crew did a great job, everything was clean when the work was complete. Several homes in our neighborhood have utilized Roof Masters, and all have been more than satisfied!

Extremely well! Work crew was very professional, worked hard and fast. They cleaned up daily and did no damage to our yard and landscaping. All times and deadlines were met promptly. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Roof Masters to anyone.

I chose them because of Angie's List. They were also close to me and they had good reviews. They were prompt and did a good job.

They came out looked in crawl space and went up on roof and found the issue. They were great!

I spoke to Kyle last Friday about a leak at my rental house. he said he could be there on Monday to inspect the roof. He was able to fix it on the spot and check all the other potential trouble spots. Another company looked at the roof and said that it needed to replace the rubber seal which would have been more costly. I am glad I went with Roof Masters.

They seem reasonable and they cleaned the roof really good. They cleaned the downspout a little better because of all the things that goes down on the gutter. The price is good but I don't know what price is really worth.

I called around to get bids for a small job to fix a single long shingle on peak of house. A few guys (Angie's List members that I won't review) thought the job wasn't worth their time and wanted $500+ just to talk practically. One guy was going to call me back, never did. One guy was going to come by for a bid. Never heard from him again. Kept going down Angie's List till I called Roof Master. Quick response, bid of between $150-200 over the phone, sent guy out next day between jobs. Didn't have the right matching color shingle and went and got the correct one. Installed, $150 bucks. Done. That is Angie's List level service. I meant to write this review months ago and just didn't get around to it but when a friend had a leaky roof and wanted a recommendation, I figured I should post my recommendation here after giving it to my friend.

This was one of three companies that I called on Saturday, January 11th. I made sure that they had noted on Angie's List they had 24hr Emergency Service. I left a message and received a call back on Monday. I am not sure why they would advertise something they did not have. I had a leak in our roof and my girlfriend was flying out of the country Sunday and I was flying out of state Monday.

They were great, answered phones (the day before Thanksgiving)...many other places I had to leave a message and some never even called back. They came right out and got us taken care of the same day! We will use them again.

Overall it went very well. They showed up as agreed during a break between storms. They were very professional and did all the work as agreed. They worked late into the evenings to complete the roof before the next storms arrived. Each day, they cleaned up debris and made our driveway as clear as possible. After the job was completed, they did a good job of cleaning up all around the house.

Roof Masters presented a technically strong and reasonably priced proposal. I took four proposals and theirs was the least-cost technically sufficient one. They were responsive and scheduled me in just a couple weeks after accepting their proposal. Mike gave us addresses of homes with the various shingles we were interested in, and that helped with the selection process. The crew worked hard, completing the job in 2 days. Further, they did a good job with the cleanup. The issue that kept me from handing out an A was that when the crew left initially, there were several obvious issues left either unaddressed or incomplete. For example, the crew used the wrong edge metal in places, damaged a board without repairing it, did not provide edge metal in one place, and did not install the 4 additional vents called for in the proposal. I called Mike to review the issues. Mike was very fair and acknowledged all the problems. In fact, he caught one issue I had not. The issues were all addressed in just a few days and the end result was very good. Thus, I give Roof Masters a thumbs up but can't give them an A since it took them two tries to get the job done right. At any rate, I think it's a good company that ultimately will do a good job for you at a reasonable price.

I was not pleased. The price doubled by the time we were done. It was on a low ball to start out with. We have a satellite and they had to take it down to do the roof. They put it back up but didn't screw it back in or provide stability. We had to have someone from the satellite company come out and do that afterwards. We didn't find out until our cable starting going south. We started with a price of $8,200 and it ended up over $10,000. I only ended up with one other estimate and it was comparable to where they started. It was a cash deal. They didn't paint the boards that hang over; they left them as raw wood. They showed up on time every day they were supposed to be here and they worked the whole day.

Arrived on time, accomplished project in 2 and 1/2 days. Clean up was exceptional. Professional job. Well done.

We were very pleased with the work. He was very pleasant to deal with. After the work was completed, he let us know that our roof would last another 5-6 years and to give them a call when we needed the work. We felt that they were very honest and weren't trying to do a larger project when unnecessary.

We were very pleased with them. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were very professional. We had them come out and we've used them several times on our roof and rental roof that we have and we've been very pleased with their work.

Had previously asked for an estimate because of problems with what I thought was a water leak in my roof. Brian came out and told me I didn't need a new roof yet, just some more roof vents. He put them in. No more problems. A lot less money. A few years later, when I did need a new roof he had a good job done to specs, on time for the agreed amount. No fuss no muss and done right. I give them an A. Sorry no details.

Had three bids from $12,500 to $23,000. This roofer does most homes in the golf course community of Charbonneau in Wilsonville, Oregon and we have never heard a compliant from any neighbors. My wife and I are both Realtors and have referred Roof Masters for years. They are professional, timely and do what they say they will do.

Our experience with Roof Masters, Brian and his crew of guys was great. Never have we had such a good customer service experience with a contractor. The work began early in the season due to weather considerations. The old roof was removed with debris removed from the site. This was not easy due to the nature of our house - two story in the front and 4 stories in the back. The debris drop box could not be placed in our driveway due to our landscaping and the guys had to clean up the hard way. I had a difficult time deciding which roofing product to use, but Brian was great and went the extra mile to help me by giving me addresses of homes with specific product for me to drive by and see. This was very helpful and made the choice much easier. I found a house on my own that had what I wanted and he sent someone out to the house to determine what product was used. The process was painless and the guys did a great job cleaning up all the mess. Brian was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and after completion. They even replaced the exhaust vent and painted it! We are very happy with our new roof. We also put up new gutters and J & M Gutters did an outstanding job as well.

They were real fast and fine with their work. I was real happy with them. I really don’t remember how much they charged me for their services but it was a fair price. I was happy to pay the price if they fixed the problem. It wasn’t as cheap as I wanted it. They just did a good job. They got right out here as soon as they could and fixed it right away. That’s all I could ask for. I don’t know the staff and so I really can’t say much about them. They were up on the roof and did the work. They were friendly and there were no problems.
