About us
We are a general contracting firm specializing in custom home construction as well as medium to large remodels and renovations. We utilize skilled artisans in each of their respective trades to maximize quality. Our typical process is as follows after we are contacted. 1. Site Visit 2. Prepare Proposal 3. Follow Up on accepted proposal 4. Collect 10% of bid price at signed bid proposal and distribute state disclosures 5. Prepare full contract based on customer selections and specifications working within budgets established on bid proposal. 6. Create work schedule and order extended lead time dependent materials 7. Begin work and collect additional 40% (in projects 6 weeks or under) of contract amount. 8. Conduct project in workmanlike manner within contract budget, schedule, and specifications. 9. Create written change orders as necessary and extend schedule/budget if necessary. 10. Substantially complete project and collect additional 40% of contract amount. 11. Work with client on final walk through including product orientation, material maintenance, and general guidelines of what to expect with living in their completed project. 12. Upon satisfactory final completion verified from client, final 10% billing generated as well as updating if necessary and submitting to client vendor list of subcontractor/suppliers who worked on project. 13. Ongoing follow up to ensure clients are satisfied (typically via email for client convenience)

We offer project management and design services for new residential homes as well as medium to large scale home remodels/renovations. In general if your project requires more than 2 separate specialty subcontractors (plumber, electrician, etc), flooring, framing, roofing, sheetrock, we provide the project management necessary to work with each of the specialty contractors/suppliers to complete your project on time and on budget.
