Worst company we have ever dealt with. They rebuilt our deck after original construction failed. 50% overrun on project cost due to ineptness. Very much out to take advantage of Insurance claims which ultimately raise insurance cost for all of us. Two of the major subcontractors they hired were dishonest, sloppy, with very poor quality workmanship. We had many personal items damaged during the project. One item was stolen from our property. Would never recommend this company.

This company is top notch. They performed the work in a timely manner.

I was so impressed with their work ethic, excellent communication, integrity and high quality work that I was inspired, yes inspired to give them a big shout out. I own a business so I know what it takes to do what they do and I couldnâ t be more appreciative. Total feel good experience!

Our insurance agent recommended Sierra James after after our first attempt was with a contractor who wasnâ t willing to work with our insurance. I am thankful to find a company that cared about the customer. All employees were very professional and respectful of our requests to wear a mask as we are 76 yrs old. It seems difficult to find a company with integrity and customer service but this company has both. They always returned phone calls and kept scheduled appointments, notifying us if any problems. They worked well with our insurance and provided a detailed, written bid for the work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with the professional level this project has done. We had water damage under our house resulting in a mold issue. Sierra James came in and removed the mold issue with great satisfaction. Contacts with them were always on time...crew was very pleasant and a joy to have in our home. Work was completed on time with actually no disruption in our lives. Very happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services. they cleaned up when they left and was greatly appreciated. You will not be disappointed hiring them!!!

These guys are awesome! I had a major water leak from my dishwasher, and my kitchen floor had to be replaced. Sierra James handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. From my first meeting with Jesse, through the mitigation process, and the final installation, everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect; even my three dogs liked them! I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra James for any project. I love my new kitchen!

Sierra James Construction was on time and on budget for my project. Although the price was on the high end of my expectations the work was completed to satisfaction and came in ahead of schedule and on the proposed budget. I would highly recommend SJC to anyone looking for dry rot repair.

I have lived in Bend 25 years and even built my own home and I have never worked with a contractor here in Bend that is more thoughtful, responsive, and professional! Use this bunch, they are the best in town! bud

They not only did disaster recovery but replaced my entire downstairs flooring and updated some trim work. They are very honest and did a beautiful job. I was extremely happy with the experience.

Jesse and crew did a great job on repairing water damage from ice dams. Initially had a few instances of mis-communication, but after speaking with Jesse, everything was fine after that. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have worked with Jesse for a few years now with a rental property we have in Redmond, OR, while we live in California. His professionalism, quick response time, honesty, trustworthiness and skill makes us feel very safe and well-taken care of!! Staff was really friendly. Came when they said they would. Did a great job.

Owners Jesse and Nicole were excellent. They kept us informed and their sub-contractors were high quality. Any of our concerns were addressed promptly and they always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend.

Follow up on the final has taken 3+ weeks and still waiting. have not see the final bill so I can;t answer the value for your money question.

Jesse from Sierra James was extremely professional, timely, and responsive. We had dry rot in both of our duplex units, and he coordinated with our tenants and took care of everything for us! We couldn't be happier with his service and would highly recommend him to others!!

Jesse and his team always showed up on time. They kept us updated & provided a time line that they followed closely. The overall product is stunning. Custom Cabinets, Quartz Countertop, Backsplash, All New Lighting including under cabinet, new flooring. We could not be happier with the end result. Highly recommended.
