Great service. They called that day and had a technician out to our house that afternoon to diagnose issue with water heater. Josh knew right away what the problem might be and sure enough he was right. He did not have part on truck so he fixed the water heater temporarily and a couple days later when part was in he came and installed it. Definitely use them again.

We did not have to replace the water heater. Josh the plumber found a Thermister that had failed and he replaced that. Problem solved.

First, He missed the correct diagnosis. he said it is not pump problem. then, he changed the pump,different brand, not same as previous one. He stated this brand is better quality one. Now, I see that the toilet level of water does not fill up as suppose to be after flush, it's low. I need to call them to check it up.
