I called to replace an outside faucet that was leaking. The repairman, Preston, arrived on time the same day, assessed the problem and explained the options and price. I opted to replace the outside faucet and extension into house. He replaced everything and even went under the house to ensure the connection wasn't leaking. Great work! A little more money than I expected but he was professional and got the job done fairly quickly.

I felt overcharged by HomeAdvisor due to the length of time it took to clear the clog. Otherwise my experience was great, the pro was efficient, knew what he was doing and was a nice person. He cleared the clog, checked everything else to make sure everything was ok.
