Schopp's Home Maintenance

Yes they got all my cement stone bricks cleaned by power wash. 10 out of 10. My property does have little red lava rocks. They did clean or sprayed the rocks back, but not the ones that got sprayed onto the street, oops. I'll clean the street, no problem.

Hired for power washing house, deck and Had a little difficulty up front, with water access (probably a broken pipe under the house). We worked around the issue and the two soldiered on, returning the following week to complete the process. A bit of a misunderstanding of the list of tasks, but that to was easily resolved, and the job was completed. Now discussing how to fix the broken pipe with them.

Highly recommended!

They did a great job repairing several sections of fence that blew down in a windstorm.

I had a broken fence from a fallen tree. Someone came within a matter of days to look at my property and provide a quote. Within a week I had my fence repaired by a wonderful pair of workers and it was high quality. I also received some advice on how to repair it myself in the future and it felt like the company had my best interest in mind.

Terrible experience. Started with two random guys (cigarettes in mouth) walking into my back yard without a knock at the door. Work was â completedâ and I asked to see the work before they left. Visible screws and gaps, sloppy concrete, and they didnâ t even use the proper lattice to match the rest of the fence. After 10 minutes of arguing they sped off to go get parts to redo the work. Second time around and the repair is still crooked and Iâ m still finding wood and concrete debris buried under leaves in my yard. All this for $700. If I knew this was the quality they deliver, Iâ d have done the work myself.

We have used Schopp's for roof cleaning and moss treatment for years. The men that came to clean the roof were great - very friendly and took the time to clean up all the debris around the house. Overall Schopp's has been great to work with.

The clear plastic patio cover was so dirty the sky and trees were not visible through it. Alejandro made it crystal clear again. He then cleaned the dirty runoff water from the walls and windows, and finished by pressure washing leaves and debris from the concrete deck.

Schopp's did both landscaping work and a full exterior home and yard power wash project. Work was excellent as well as the customer service.

Crew was prompt, professional, responsive. Our roof seems moss free, and drive and patio look great. They knew their stuff.

I would have given them a 5.0 overall, but there was a bit of mis-communication over the phone when setting things up that might have been an issue if I was not home when the workers showed up; hence, the 4.5. I would hire them again. Very easy to work with.
