I am on a quarterly maintenance with Edge (two years). I get a call a few days before service day and the pest attendant calls me 30 minutes before arrival. Service is always professionally done. From sweeping off spider webs in the eves to applying earth friendly repellents around the exterior of the house...it has kept the interior of our house pest free.

HORRIBLE!!! They never caught the critter, however, billed my credit card, UNAUTHORIZED, for $620.00. I have a dispute filed with my credit card and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

It went very well and I arrived home as the technician was finishing up his work. I asked him if he could do an additional section that could only be accessed through the home and even though he was wrapping up and putting things away he graciously agreed to do the additional spray.

Great. I pay $109 every quarter. I can add more pests inside or outside. Your tech will call prior. Then calls when arrives. Clarifies current needs with first call. Edge will service your home again if new circumstances arise. So no waiting till next regular quarterly visit. I have been very happy that are so eco friendly.

Our experience was great. Each person from their company has been a pleasure to work with. I especially was impressed by their creative solutions to our unique backyard which has creek running through it. They adjusted-on the spot- what services we received along with the pricing moving forward. Additionally, they offered a military discount which our family appreciates.

This company is amazing. I can't say enough good. They return calls within minutes; the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep me informed of what they did and what they found. I have used other services but no one has compared with the service I get from Edge!!! They might be a little more expensive, but they are worth it. If you see pests between visits, just call and they will come back and take care of the issue at no extra cost.

Just built home...boom ant problem, small black maybe sugar ants. I tried the store bait traps (they take back to the queen, all die)...didn’t work. They kept eating the liquid bait but didn’t stop them. Called Edge and they said I would need a year long service to get all the ants as they come out in cycles. I thought yeah right, just want me to pay for 5 visits. I did it. They came out and sprayed outside and inside. Then outside every 3mo... I not only have no ants, I NEVER even get spiders inside. It’s awesome. So, my 5 visit deal expired...I still have them coming every 3 mo as I love the bug free house and outside.

We actually didn't use their service. I filled out a form on Angie's list, thinking that I was reducing my search options. Within seconds of finishing the form, Edge called me. I wasn't even ready to schedule work-- I had just started investigating possible exterminators. They were extremely pushy with their sell, not listening, asking questions I didn't know and trying to sell me on a 2yr service plan. I got a second call from them 2 hours later telling me they'd give me a better price due to there being other clients in my neighborhood. They have called me twice since-- even after I blocked their number. I've seen other reviews about this company that talk about their sales practices and a "bait and switch" on service contracts. I'm not even sure why Angie's list would recommend them to me. I felt they were pushy and unprofessional. I have found a different "A" rated service that we are very happy with.
