This company did an excellent job, from showing up on time, providing an accurate and affordable estimate, to finishing the job in a timely manner. The quality of work was superb and the provider clearly communicated what was needed and/or recommended each step of the way. When he gave me an estimate, he based his price on the actual square footage of the carpeting that would be cleaned - not the square footage of the room, for in some cases there was furniture in place that wouldn't get moved during the cleaning process. I felt this was a more honest approach.

Carpets cleaned expeditiously. Result looks like new carpet. I cannot see how this job could have been better done.

The work was outstanding and I could tell that customer satisfaction was a top priority for him.
