Excellent team of professionals! Unfortunate water damage due to flooding in my neighborhood led to my basement to be damage, seemingly beyond repair. Their team came the same day and removed the water within a few hours and began the drying process. Trusted them with the restoration and it looks better than before! So thankful for Pacific NW Restoration. Would recommend them to anyone!

They did great on our exterior project! The crew was easy to work with and Robert was very communicative. Plus they made us aware of issues in our home we didnâ t even know about and offered a budget solution! Highly recommend their services!

I needed emergency mold removal and they were able to provide just that. within the first call, they were able to get a team out within 1 hour. In a very panicky situation they were able to put my mind at ease! I also live in an HOA where the mold was within a shared space, so the HOA should be covering the cost, however if you know anything about HOA's, they complicate things. Robert was able to offer me great advice for dealing with them. And they put together a very thorough documentation package for the HOA to review with their findings. 10/10 experience!

I had several pipes freeze and crack under my house during a severe cold period, resulting in a flood in the kitchen. Pacific NW Restoration came out immediately and performed the mitigation work of drying out the floor and walls. This involved removing base cabinets, damaged flooring, and wet drywall. I am very appreciative of their fast response and professionalism.

I reached out to them about getting repairs done for damage caused by an ice storm. They organized and repaired everything for me from the roof to the ceiling. Was pretty great. My ceiling looks perfect despite previously having a 4 foot hole in it. Robert stays in contact with me weekly and doesnâ t mind me calling and texting him for updates. He also is inspecting photos of the work from the contractors and if he isnâ t totally satisfied with the work done he sends people to take care of it for you which is awesome. They also are going to get my insurance to pay for the repairs so thatâ s amazing. I have also liked all the contractors Iâ ve met, they are considerate and friendly which is very helpful as I work remotely and was around them the entire day as they worked

We had a pipe burst in December and after calling several restoration companies we decided to go with Pacific NW and we are so glad we did! I worked directly with Robert and Josiah and they were both so patient and helpful. They answered every single question and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. I had no clue what I was doing and was really thankful to have them in my corner. We were extremely happy with their demo/clean up team as well. They showed up on time and were so friendly and hardworking. They gave me daily updates at the end of each shift and left everything organized and clean. Their team also worked directly with our insurance making that process smooth and speedy. Overall, we were very happy with Pacific NW and we would absolutely use them again if we ever needed it.

Josiah was a very courteous, hard working, polite young man. He was early to the job, kept me informed of any time changes, completely explained all the work he would do, and the exact charges it would cost. This was the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had - he was so very thorough, and my carpet is 15 years old, worn out by pets & 4 kids!! I would highly recommend this company!!

Awesome service from Carpet savers. Both employees were polite and professional. Both did excellent work. Josiah cleaned the carpet in the entire home. Robert came back the following Tue. when carpet was dry and stretched the areas that needed it I am so very pleased with their service. Would definitely use this service again ! I paid $125 to clean one bedroom and a hallway with 6 stairs. We had two small areas to spot clean for odor and stain. He was thorough and stains/odor came out no problem.

He was very polite and efficient, came on time , did a great job even repaired a large tear in my rug. Got a very soiled rug, beautifully clean and fresh smelling. Work very fast. He even gave me a significant "senior discount" I was very pleased with the work.

He contacted me soon after I searched Home Advisor and was able to clean my carpet the following day! He removed a coffee stain I couldn't remove and did a fantastic job cleaning all the carpets. I would highly recommend him!
