Me and my wife bought a custom couch there on 1/12. We were told that the estimated time frame for delivery would be 10 - 12 weeks but because of COVID that might push out. We understood and acknowledged this. 11 weeks later I called to check on the status and was told it would be an additional 8 weeks. They claimed that the fabric we picked out wasn't ready. I said why wouldn't you have called us we would change the fabric. They lied and told us they had emailed us (no phone call). I asked for proof of the email and was told they didn't have it. I asked if I could change the fabric and receive the furniture sooner. I was told that would put us back an additional 12 - 14 weeks. We are not upset about the delays it's the lack of communication and blatant dishonesty. Hands down this was the worst customer experience I have ever had with any establishment I have ever shopped. I am not sure we will ever get our couch. Our next move is the BBB. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The items had to be shipped from the importers warehouse on the east coast. They arrived on time but the buffet was either the wrong one or had been damaged. We were given both explanitions. Also, one of the six chairs needs to be replaced as it was assumbled with a wrong component. We are now three weeks past the initial delivery and still no hutch, and no indication of when to expect it. Our phone calls are not returned.

After a long search for leather sectional sofa, I stumbled across Pacific Lifestyle Furniture on Craigslist. Their prices seemed to good to be true, so I made an appointment to visit the show room (open on weekends, but by appointment only during the week). Unfortunately, it is way out in Hillsboro and hard to find, but it is worth it!!! They have a good selection of sofas and sectionals, both leather and fabric. Some of the sofas are made here in Oregon, so turn around time for an order is quite quick - a few weeks. Additionally, the prices are fantastic! Similar leather sofas at other stores were at least a $800 more and would take 6+ weeks to deliver. Some of the fabric couches there were almost identical to others at another furniture sales store, but at much lower prices. The majority of Pacific Lifestyle's business comes from bulk sales, however, they do sell to the public. Because of this, they can offer furniture at much lower prices. Jesse was great - extremely helpful and responsive. I ended up getting the exact couch I wanted (a contemporary, clean-lined, compact leather sofa) with great service and an excellent price. Definitely check this place out before buying elsewhere.
