Excellent. I wanted to minimize the use of bait in order to protect the environment and wildlife, and Dana worked with me to do that. He set up numerous traps in my crawlspace and came back several to check and empty them. When no more rats were being caught, he sealed up entry points and placed some bait in the crawlspace for any possible lingerers. He was much, much, less expensive than bigger companies, and although he doesn't guarantee the absence of pests, he can always come back. That said, he's very busy and it can be tough to get an appointment, but that speaks to the quality of his work.

I had the best experience with this company. He came regularly to check traps, was knowledgeable and empathetic. Didn't try to sell us a maintenance package. His price was more than fair and reasonable and he referred us to a company for damage repair.

Dana was prompt to return my call and we scheduled service right away. He identified the entry point and sealed it off, and he removed a dead rabbit which had gotten trapped. He was very polite and professional. Would definitely hire again!

He checked out attic, basement and roof. Patched up some holes on the outside of house. Set some traps. Even cleared one of our gutters. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend..

Dana and his crew are very helpful and you can really tell they care about their customers best need. I run a small-medium company and I am definitely someone who is critical to the customer service and quality side of how businesses are run. Dana is very responsive -- he knows that sighting of a rat is traumatic to the homeowner.

Dana actually came a little early and had already been on the roof and found the squirrel opening before I arrived at the rental house.  He went into the attic to inspect for damage and found out that the bathroom ceiling fan vent pipe had come loose, unrelated to the squirrel problem, and he discussed how I could fix it easily.  He then inspected for damaged wiring (squirrels like to chew on wires) and saw no animals in the attic.  He then screwed on wire mesh to seal the hole they had chewed under the eve and sprayed capsaicin spray to keep them from gnawing again.  He is very knowledgeable and I would use him again.

Dana caught 16 rats in the traps.  Because they made a horrible mess once we removed the birdseed and other food supplies, Dana and his son gave up many days to completely clean out the garage and dispose of everything.  We are in our seventies, so we could not have accomplished this without his help. His charges for the additional work were so reasonable that we hired him to clean out our crawl space as well.  Dana and his son are personable,honest, and very hard workers. He is now our quarterly pest control company.  Thank you,Dana and crew!

I can say only postitive things about the experience we had with Dana and Oregon's Best Pest Control. From the start, Dana was in a class by himself because of his willingness to inspect and estimate damage during our real estate inspection period. Dana also was able to do a very thorough job with the pest treatments by working closely with Joshua of Master Builder LLC. This allowed him to treat our insect problems simultaneously as structural repairs were made. My wife and I are convinced that this resulted in a superior level of treatment. Additionally, the final charge was lower than the original estimate, and includes a follow up visit to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment.
In short, we are very satisfied with the level of service Dana provided, and will not hesitate to use him for our pest control needs in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pest services.

Worth every dollar!

I had an ant problem in my house and could not get rid of them. Dana came over and said he could get rid of them. I doubted it but he came through.  I have not seen any ants and it has been almost a year since he sprayed for them.

They are excellent.  Dana, the owner answered my call immediately, came over the same day, examined the property and found where the rats were gaining entrance and set traps.  He returned daily for approximately a week until we started to gain control over the problem.  He was knowledgable, efficient and very easy to work with.

It was apparent to me after talking to him that he was very knowledgeable about which insects he needed to spray and which insects are the "good" insects.  He did a thorough job in spraying and made sure he didn't spray right before a rain.  I would definitely recommend him.

Very responsive and professional

Dana came to the house as scheduled and assessed the situation.  He identified areas where the squirrels were likely getting access and then set up traps.  After a couple of days, he returned to check the traps and removed the squirrels.  These were live traps so he took the squirrels to a remote area to be released.  The traps were left in place and Dana continued to monitor them until no more squirrels appeared.  He also put a temporary barrier in place to close off the openings until a permanent barrier could be installed.  We are very pleased with Dana's service and the information he provided throughout the process.  I would definitely hire him again.

I have used this service before.

He is very thorough, clean, punctual, and nice.  I can not say enough good things about him.  Over the course of time, he has sprayed for many different types of pest in my home.  He always does a great job of getting rid of them, and always does follow up. 

It always goes well.  And if there is any problem with more insects he will come back at no charge.
