House Cleaning
I have been looking for a responsive house cleaning service that actually cared about their work. I've tried some of the bigger cleaning companies in Portland, but they would send a couple people who did a light dusting and would likely not be the same people that came back the next time I needed a cleaning. Olga, however, is responsive, and she is part of the cleaning team. They were thorough, careful, and professional. The house looked and smelled great afterward. They did a deep clean, and I plan on using them as a monthly service as well.

Olga is great to work with and is extremely flexible. In fact, the first time she came over, I was out of town unexpectedly, and she worked with my mother like a pro. I came home to a clean house and decided then that I would have her clean twice per month. Bonus: you can text her to schedule.? If you haven't read the other reviews, they are FAST and that is such a plus for me! I work from home the days that they clean and it's always a little difficult having people in your space. Olga's team is fabulous, flexible, and their vacuum cleaner is quiet so I don't have to get off the phone when they are nearby.? The quality of their work is great and I love the little extras that they do. I'd absolutely recommend them.

I use Olga and her crew every other week to clean my 1200 sq ft house in SW Portland. They are very dependable, and they do a great job for the price point. Exactly what I was looking for in a house cleaner. They perform the basic tasks, full kitchen / bathroom cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming, etc. They get the job done super fast because they usually bring a crew of 3-4. They are all always very courteous.
I guess the only note I would have for future clients is that they don't necessarily do what I would consider to be a "deep" cleaning (at least for that price point, if you asked I'm sure Olga would provide a fair estimate for that type of service). So like if you're the type that's going to check for dust in every nook and cranny then you might be disappointed. I'm not neccesaily like that, I use a cleaning service primarily for peice of mind. So for the price point I feel like they do a pretty good job.

"Hello Is pretty sad a customer says $150 it's expensive To clean two bathrooms and a kitchen bad those bathrooms and a kitchen they know having clean in a long time and she make me to clean in the bathroom the ceiling because it was very dirty I clean her bathrooms and the kitchen clean but she once I leave those areas like New I can do that we work two hours with four ladies And I check the job before we leave she says everything it was perfect I ask her that because if you we miss something get it done before we leave but she says everything was fine by the only thing that she tell me she don't like so many girls on her house why a customer are lying"

Olga showed up with her team and they went right to work. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and went right to work. I saw how hard they worked but it was clear they enjoyed their work, I heard occasional laughter which made me feel good., although I stayed out of their way and did work of my own while they were there. It is amazing how quickly they can clean a house! Olga really cares about her customers and her people.
I have been having her come about once a month and it is sooo nice to have a clean house.
I would definitely recommend her.

Olga and her team of 6 went right to work. They are well trained and each person went right to work doing their jobs. I am happy with the work they do and my house shines! They are even able to make the smooth top of my stove look new. I thought it was permanently scratched and no matter what I did I could not make the large front burner look good.
These workers are not cheap but they do a fabulous job.
I am trying to have her over here about once a month. There are just my husband, me and our adult son living here for now and it feels so good to have a clean house.

I rarely do reviews, but was quite annoyed by the conversation I just had. I called the number for Olga's Quality Cleaning Service and tried to schedule a deep clean with the coupon that is on Angie's List "20% off first deep cleans for ALL Angie's List Members". Told her I was located in Beaverton and would like to schedule a deep clean with the coupon whenever they are available. She told me that the 20% off does not apply to people in Beaverton and expired in February. I told her it was on Angie's list. She just repeated herself and then asked if I'd still like to schedule. Very unprofessional. Told her she might want to go to Angie's list and update her information.

"I received a call from a customer asking about a deep cleaning to do and she also asked about the 20% coupon off first time deep cleaning. I told her that the coupon was no longer active due to promotion I no longer with Angie's list and I had no idea the promotion was still on there. I tried to make it clear for her to understand but she wouldn't Corporate appropriatly with me. I Tried arrangeing an appointment with her without a coupon but she was asking for the 20% coupon that is no longer valid."
