Overall, it went very well.

All went very well, and on schedule.

These guys were great.  They removed the old skylight, prepped the new one for installation, mounted it, then cleaned it again.  After being screwed down, there were some slight smears still visible in the afternoon light.  So, they removed the unit, took it back down the ladder (2nd story shake roof), and thoroughly cleaned it.  When remounted, the window was very clean.
Mark also performed, at no additional cost, some other cosmetic repairs that improved the appearance of the skylight well.
From start to finish they were friendly and professional.  The completed work met and exceeded our expectations.

I called Natural Light Skylight and 2 other places from Angie's List.  Mark responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry and provided me with a clearly written estimate within a day or two or our meeting. Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable about skylights and knew the sizes and ages of my skylights by sight.  He was extremely professional and courteous and when looking over my old skylights and didn't try to hard sell me anything that I didn't want.  
I chose to work with Natural Light Skylight instead of the others because, while the estimates were actually very comparable, Mark does not send out  a "team of workers" as the other companies do; instead, he brings his 20 years of experience to the job and was on the job everyday installing the skylights himself.  His co-worker was another skylight professional so I am 100% confident that the new skylights were installed correctly and that the old skylights were removed correctly.
The skylights were installed over 3 days, and they used my garage to store their tools and the skylights since I have a very steep driveway.  On their final day, I walked into the garage after they had left only the find that they had swept the garage so that it actually looked better than when they arrived.  Now that is service.
I highly recommend Mark and his co-worker TJ for all your skylight needs.

He had a replacement for our non-standard size skylight on hand and made special arrangements to meet us after hours to get us the skylight for our roofers. He was nice and helpful, giving us advice to make the installation go better, and even giving us garden-fresh tomatoes. We will be getting shades from him.

Since our skylights were a custom size--we were given an estimate and approximate installation date.  When the skylights were received we were called and installation arranged and completed.  No fuss-no hassle job went smoothly from start to finish.

We had Mark's cell phone number from an earlier inquiry, and ended up calling him in late December (when unbeknownst to us he normally takes some personal time off) due to two leaking skylights.   Not only did Mark take the call, but he was out at our place the very next day to perform an emergency patch of the flashing around two leaking skylights, and gave us options on how to proceed.

A few days later we placed an order with him to replace both 4'x4' skylights, and he was back on the first day with acceptable weather to do the install.     He was on time, on budget, put tarps down, took his shoes off before entering our house (despite us insisting it wasn't necessary), and vacuumed and performed a full cleanup when he was done.

Its been several months since the install, with many rainy days, and we haven't had even the slightest issue with the install. 

Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with, no pressure, and would gladly answer any questions we had.   I wish more companies these days would give the same level of customer care that we received from Mark.

Everything went very well.  The information from Mark helped me to get the right sun tunnel for the right situation.  I changed my requirements a couple of times in the process of working out what I needed and Mark was very helpful and accommodating.  I highly recommend this company for someone seeking a good source for skylights and sun tunnels.

Mark was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job replacing my very old skylights.  The new ones look so much better.  I was surprised that they were so costly but I had not realized how much window prices have increased.  I was impressed with how careful and neat Mark and his worker were (my pet peeve is workman who leave dirt behind!). 

They were prompt and efficient. The skylights were heavy, but they installed them without a hitch.  Mark was great to work with.  While on the roof, inspected and found a problem with our roof in the area of the skylights so we could arrange to have a roofer out to make repairs.

They were fantastic.  He was great to work with.  He was super knowledgable, helpful, and gave us great ideas.  We ended up using this company because he is one of the few that had the old Velux wood frame skylights.

 I was satisfied, they did a nice job of assessing some damage that we had with previous skylights.  The service was good all around.

I thought the guy was very knowledgeable.  All he does is replace skylights and so he seems to know the ins and outs of skylights replacement.  I’m sure he puts in the required effort.  He did a good job.  He was expensive probably but he was well worth the money I thought.  My reaction is, he is expensive.  I will use his services again in the future.

Mark checked my existing skylights via Google Earth, then met with me and evaluated and measured. We scheduled a mutually convenient date and the installation went very smoothly.

I initially called Mark to attain an estimate regarding replacing home skylights.  He - patiently - spend a lot of time on the phone with me and provided some background information; however, he requested a $75.00 fee to investigate the problem personally in order to provide a final estimate.

At the same time I contacted other providers for replacement estimates.  After a cursory glance at the windows, the other estimates were provided, but, while no fees were requested, no information regarding the problems were forthcoming, I did not understand the issues to my satisfaction and decided to invest the $75.00 with Mark as a learning experience for myself.

He came to my house, removed one of the leaking skylights, and, patiently, and in detail, explained the problems and issues.  This was much appreciated.

His bid was competitive, and he returned a few days later to perform the work.  He not only replaced the skylights, but removed some previously installed skylight framing which gives the ceiling and the new skylights a much cleaner, elegant, look.

Am very pleased with the new skylights, and the manner in which the entire replacement effort was performed.

I cannot recommend Mark too highly.

I  called to request an estimate for the installation of 3 new skylights.  Mark responded within hours of the request.  He informed me that he no longer does this kind of work.  He said he only supplies the windows, repairs windows or replaces windows in an existing skylight.  I asked if he could recommend a reputable company that would insert new skylights.  He recommended a competitor - I asked if he had seen their work.  Mark said No. He did not know the company's quality, but that he had spoken on the phone with them????  This was a very unfortunate experience because I was looking forward to working with the Natural Light Skylight Co.  because it had so many positive reports on Angie's list.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by this company.

Very well. We had a leaky skylight in our sunroom. Mark diagnosed the problem, added some flashing around the sunlight and stopped the leak. Obviously, it was much cheaper than replacing the entire sunlight.

My experience with them was great. He was very professional and he got the job done in a couple of hours. We ordered what we wanted and we were very pleased and we recommended him to friends. He came in considerably less than other prices. We called other people who had used him and they were pleased; I mean he was less and we were concerned.

They were very professional. They were prompt in getting back to us. The overall experience was really good.

I was so impressed with this product that I got him to give me an estimate for additional product in the living area of the house and as soon as possible I will have these installed.

Mark did an excellent job start to finish. I had been having occasional leaking issues with my kitchen skylight. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my skylight by replacing the seal, saving me from having to replace it. Communication, professionalism, puncuality, his extensive knowledge, and price have led me to give him all "A" ratings. All Mark does is skylights and you will be happy you found him if you have skylight issues!

He was very professional. He was able to give me a bid over the phone based on looking at my skylight with google earth. He followed up with a personal visit. It was a good thing he came over because I had read the label wrong on my old window when I talked to him on the phone, so he had to modify the bid. He scheduled the work, and he and another worker did all the work. They did a beautiful job, and we're very happy with Mark's service and careful work.
