I have had work done on a handful of occasions at the Hillsboro location.  The last time i was there was approximately 2009.  Things seem to have gone downhill since that time - the staff were grumbling at each other, not professional or communicative and generally didn't seem to enjoy being there.
The quality of the work was still good and the price fair.
The time it took to get it done worked out fine in the end, but it was difficult to know if i should have scheduled for another day or brought the car in as i did.
I hope that whatever the issue is in this workplace gets sorted - I enjoy supporting my local businesses and have had good luck there in the past.

They were able to repair/rebuild my radiator which was badly damaged. The work was completed sooner than I expected and at the price quoted originally, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

They first did a test and said that everything was fine. They charged us for the air conditioner, but the problem wasn't resolved. Their punctuality was fine. We would definitely not use their services in the future.

We were able to bring the car in the morning we discovered the broken radiator. We were told it would be ready the next day, but got the call later the same day that it was finished. They had the replacement radiator in stock, and the hoses were good, so it went well.
