Kennedy Plumbing was the third company I called from Angie's List. The first two were booked until next week. Kennedy came out immediately. Jorge was pleasant and kept me informed about the problem and solution all the way through. When he was finished, he put me in touch with with a firm that also came today to dry out the carpet, etc. (Being new to the Northwest, I wasn't aware that mold forms as rapidly as it does.) Overall, I think it went very well. I do, however, have a small complaint. The company offered a $25.00 discount coupon, to be presented at the time of service for finding them through Angie's List. As my printer was out of ink, I thought I could show Jorge the coupon on the computer screen to redeem it. He said he had to have the actual coupon, so I didn't get the discount. This seems like an awfully rigid policy to me.

it's hard to judge fairly in some ways-They were prompt and courteous--The tech replaced the broken connector and part of the trap but was unable to unplug the line(and said so). He in fact left it 100% plugged-which it had never been before. He was in the car drawing up the bill when I tested the sink and found I now had a pretty brisk leak at his connection with the sink. He repaired this free of charge but I was just lucky that I tested for that. That should NOT have been my responsibility. I later (next day) called Mr Rooter who cleaned out the plug which was rust--I suspect in attempting to clean it he (the Kennedy guy) had pushed it enough to compact it and make the obstruction complete. In fairness, he was honest and pleasant but left me in worse shape than when he arrived and had I not caught the leak he would have left me in much worse shape ie. leaking AND plugged.

We've had consistent problems with a clogged toilet. When it almost overflowed this morning after plunging I finally called a plumber. I chose Kennedy based on their good reviews here. They were very prompt in responding to my message and offered to come out almost immediately the same day. Jorge came and was very prompt. He snaked the toilet and did a few adjustments and advised me on what might be going on. The toilet seems to be working very well now and the whole thing was very fast and efficient. I would definitely call Kennedy again.

George arrived on time and told me he wouldn't mind if I watched him work and asked him questions, which was a pleasant change from my previous experience with plumbers. He was professional and informative, The work was completed in about 2 hours and I was very happy with the results (finally no water leaks!)

Got an estimate on the phone. Plumber showed up on time and repaired the shower handle(even though it was a very old style of fixture, he was able to find the parts for it). Price was exactly as estimated.

George is a great plumber! He is courteous, helpful, and professional. I fully intend to call Kennedy Plumbing again when we redo our bathrooms.

Although it would have been nice -- for both of us -- if the job had taken less time, Jorge worked until it was done right, and I appreciate that. I would definitely hire Kennedy Plumbing in the future.

We called Kennedy Plumbing at 8:30 am, the plumber arrived at 11;00 am. He had to snake the toilet multiple times to ensure the clog was cleared and then tested it multiple times to make sure it would continue to work after he left. He left at 11:30. If a plumbing emergency can be pleasent, than this was great! I also loved the $25.00 coupon I found on their website!

They were very polite, knowledgeable,quick, efficient, and I was able to use a coupon that I had for them.

They were professional. They got it done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. My overall experience was good and I will use them again.

They came out immediately. They temporarily fixed the flooding. Then they found the root of the problem and offered us solutions. They fixed the problem the first time.

They reset some toilets and did plumbing in the house. I also had them do contract work for an apartment complex which involved the plumbing. I had excellent service from them and highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and I will definitely continue to use them.

I complained to Jorge about the other company that charged so much for such a brief job. Kennedy has a $25 coupon at their WEB site, so I used that and Jorge did not charge me one charge that he normally would. So, I paid less than 100, which, while not cheap, is better than $160!

Although I wasn't here for it, the best thing was that our water heater was out in the morning and they replaced it the same day. We had hot water back by the end of that very day. They didn't tell anybody when I called them that it was going to cost me a lot of money.

It went very well. This was not and easy repair. The plumber accessed the drain from below through the less than one square foot hole I had cut. Suprisingly he didn't need to enlarge it. Based on the difficulty of the repair, the plumber that was sent was very experienced. He called me before he left the shop, showed up in the time window I was given, and completed the work in less than two hours. I thought the price was very fair. If I'd attempted this, it would have taken me and entire weekend and probably leaked.

The water company came out for routine meter reading and informed us that there was a leak. I called the company and someone was out the same day. He diagnosed the issue and had to dig to find the break. He replaced it right away.

I (stupidly) put some dry rice down the disposal, which caused a major backup in our kitchen sink. We tried to plunge it ourselves, to no avail, and after deciding to call a professional and checking Angie's List, we called Kennedy Plumbing. I called just before 8 in the morning and at 9, one of their guys (Cliff) was here! Cliff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick yet thorough. I would highly recommend him (and Kennedy Plumbing), and will use them again if the need arises.

What started as a simple faucet/sink replacement turned into a call to Kennedy Plumbing. I managed the faucet/sink replacement fine, but when I turned the water supply back on, water was spraying everywhere from the hot water valve under the sink. Turned the water off, and checked Angie's List for a plumber. I decided on Kennedy Plumbing after reading the reviews and placed a call at 9:30 am. They happened to have an opening at 12 noon. Mike arrived at, if not before noon, and promptly repaired the leak. He also explained what happens in older homes (30 years old) when the water supply is shut off and back on. Even showed me how to repair it myself the next time it may occur. There were no parts needed and he tightened some of the connections on my faucet replacement!! Total time on scene was about 40 minutes and then he gave me $25. off due to a special they were running this month. (something he didn't have to do, as I knew nothing about it!). So, my total repair/home repair lesson was only $90.

They showed up a week earlier than we had planned for them to show up to do the estimate, and when I explained that it was the wrong week, they apologized and then they didn't show up for the next week.

They stuck by their work. When things didn't work they came back willingly and corrected it. The only negative was the had me buy a box of parts that I didn't need all of.

See above: No estimate was given over the phone, since this was a return visit from the original plumber.

He dug and said it looks like it's a leak with the sprinkler system. He said he cannot by law do the service, an irrigation company has to do the work. I asked if he could stop the leak. I had to leave. When I came back he said he slowed the leak down, but could not stop it. Since he says he was here for two hours, he says I owe $230. I do not think I should have to pay for this. I had to call a landscape company. The gentleman is here now and said that there is no law that the plumber couldn't do the work. The landscaping gentleman is very angry and said the plumber should not have left the job without fixing the leak.

Called and got an appointment within a week. The plumber was very punctual and professional. He installed the toilet and took away the old one. It was so easy and they were so nice to work with I want to do our other toilets!

No one else could fix that toilet, but they did it. I thought that they were prompt, they are personable. I thought that they were professional in their work. They were efficient and did the job, they were very thorough.

Our garbage disposal was not working. I called Kennedy Plumbing in the morning and they sent Cliff right away to fix it. He was excellent! Explained what was wrong and what care we should take in the future to prevent problems with the garbage disposal. I highly recommend him and this company.
