Very punctual. Finished the job before mine early and phoned to see if was alright to be early. Fast and thorough, very professional. I found the pricing very reasonable also. There was also an Angie's list coupon making it even better.

Overall excellent. From the initial contact to the service completion our expectations were met and exceeded.

Can't remember the guy's name but he arrived when he was scheduled to, examined the situation and told us what it'd take to fix the problem-basically the works were clogged and rusted and needed replacement. He put out drop cloths and did the work ok but he tried to sell us a new toilet for $600.00, and said we'd have to pay for it at a local plumbers, then call and have him install it. Apparently the units stocked by this company weren't as good. When he finished he gathered up his drop cloths and our toilet rug as well. It took us two days to track him down, get him to shake out his drop cloths, and return the rug, but he was very apologetic about it.

The experience with Jorge and the person in the office making the appointments was fantastic. We will definitely use Kennedy in the future.

Overall experience was excellent. I would use Kennedy plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone. They fixed a leaking hose bib that was resulting in a much higher water bill! Prior to Kennedy Plumbing fixing the issue, we had 2 others attempt to fix it without resolution. I called on Monday and a very personable receptionist said they could have someone out that day. However, due to my work schedule, I asked if someone could come out the following day and they accommodated my request with no problems. Excellent job with a great explanation of why and what was happening. Arrived on time with a phone call prior to arrival. Derek, the Plumber, was professional and informative. It was refreshing to meet and work with someone who seems to really care about what they are doing. I got the impression that no matter what type of job, large or small, it would be done to the highest standards. I was impressed from the beginning - Great customer service that started with a phone call and ended with a job well done. Derek even took the time to locate a "missing valve" which I really appreciated. I would use Kennedy plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had Derrick from Kennedy plumbing come out. Very professional presentation. Fixed a whole bunch of stuff very rapidly. Unplugged clog in drain. Said it was about 15 feet down. Went an additional 10 feet. Replaced cartridge in main shower. Said some people make the mistake of pulling out the inner part of the cartridge and leaving the housing in place which is then very difficult to remove. Had special tool to remove the cartridge. Replaced drain in master shower. Said plastic drains don?t work very well replaced with brass. Also had a problem with the P-trap with union fittings; said these always leak. Replaced with glued fittings. New kitchen faucet has strainers inside the supply pipes these can get clogged with flakes of metal from the galvanized pipe. Way to clean these out is to shut off both stop valves, disconnect the one that has the plug and use the water from the other stop valve to backflush the filter. I have worked with Kennedy plumbing before and they are always professional, friendly and punctual. The service from the plumbers and office staff is terrific! They are a pleasure to deal with. Both visits were scheduled within 24 hours of my call and Derek, the plumber, was right on time. On the second visit, we added in changing the shower head and Derek did it without any fuss. My only criticism is that they are expensive. $115 an hour is a little steep, but you will definitely get quality for the price.

Service man was prompt and experienced. We have older plumbing and he was able to fix the leaking faucet without issue. We have used other companies in the past but Kennedy Plumbing has made a customer of us.

tdoor garden hose hydrant. I thought I had a hose bibb or faucet, but instead it was a hydrant, more expensive and complex. It was 42years old, but the plumber, Clay, said he could obtain a replacement. The company in CO is still in business and mailed a replacement kit which Clay easily installed, making it easier to operate. I am glad I emplyed an experienced plumber who was able to solve my problem. He was friendly, informative and fullly capable to fix my problem. He also accepted my coupon from the Angie's List magazine.

Awesome plumbing experience (and believe me,I know a bad experience when it happens). The plummer Derek fixed the blockage exactly as he explained he would and also stopped the fawcet leak. He was personable and helpful...All the things you need in a plumber. The price was very reasonable.

This is a belated post to my good friends at Kennedy Plumbing. The early part of September, I had terrible water damage to my (2) bathrooms caused by a broken pipe in the wall behind the bathtub facet. Thank you Joel, Clay, and Linda for your help and patience! Clay did an excellent job at repairing and replacing the pipes behind the bathtub and installing a new tub/shower combo, toilets, and sinks. Their cost was fair and their customer service excellent! Thanks you guys!

I used Kennedy Plumbing once before... one month ago to be exact. Well, I discovered my main waterline was cracked and after talking with Joel and Clay, they were able to fit me in just two days later for an 8AM appointment which they were right on time! There was very little digging involved since the pipe was bored under the ground replacing the old copper pipe. No mess and everything looks great! In addition, located in my garage, Clay converted the knob to the outdoor water facet and main water shut-off valve as a combo, making it much easier to use. Use these guys you won't be sorry!

Called Kennedy Plumbing in the morning to repair a slow leak at the water line to the hot water heater. They said a plumber would arrive between 12- 2 pm that day. Clay, the plumber, was very punctual and arrived almost exactly at noon. He replaced the copper fitting on the water line. He also showed me where the flex lines and a nipple needed replacement. Clay was very efficient and thorough, and he was very happy to explain the repairs. He did a great job! I definitely would use Kennedy Plumbing again.

Our toilet was clogged and a plunger wasn't doing the trick. I called Kennedy Plumbing in the morning and they came out that afternoon. I got a call from the plumber saying he was on his way and he was here in 10 minutes. The clog was taken care of in about a half hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I will definitely use them again!

Things went very well in the phone conversation with Mr. Kennedy. He was polite and concerned. I am sure he was very sincere and I very much appreciate his call.

My toilet, the only one in the house, would fill the bowl almost to overflowing with each flush. I could probably have replaced some of the inside mechanisms but had intended to get a new toilet this summer anyhow so this made the timing decision for me. I called one co. that could come the next afternoon but I would have to go somewhere and buy the toilet for them to install. Kennedy had the model I wanted in stock but also couldn't come until the next afternoon so I made the appointment but said I would be available if someone could come sooner. Several hours later they called and said the plumber could come that same afternoon. The plumber was very efficient, knowledgable and friendly I could have saved some $ by buying the toilet elsewhere and having them install it but with only the one toilet in the house it was worth it to just get it taken care of. I would definitely use their services again.

I called Kennedy Plumbing around 4pm, after realizing Drano wasn't going to do any good. Someone answered the phone right away. Luckily, his on call plumber had just finished a job and was able to come out within 45 minutes. Clay was very nice and professional. He got the drain unclogged in a matter of minutes and then offered to take care of any other minor problems since the charge is by the hour, but I didn't have anything else that needed work. I was very happy that it all worked out so quickly.

Kennedy Plumbing was very informative over the phone. (Ordering a new toilet is not as simple as one might think.) They were prompt in calling us with a quote and the bill was close to the quote. The plumber was polite and personable. We would DEFINITELY hire Kennedy Plumbing again!

We've used them in the past. They came out right away. The people who come out are knowledgeable, pleasant and explain everything.

I originally scheduled a call Monday afternoon but as if frequently the case, delays caused postponement until midday today and Joe, the plumber, arrived timely. After 30 years solving most clogged drain problems I encountered one that was beyond my capacity to resolve. A very deep (25 ft) stubborn clog in 100 year old pipes was a challenge for Joe but he fixed the problem within an hour with a 25 foot snake and provided some suggestions on related bathroom issues. He applied the discount from Angie's List. It was expensive but there were not too many options and we were happy not to have to bail out the bathtub any more. Highly recommended service company. I rated the price a "B" even with the discount as $150 seems high given other "house calls" I've had to arrange in recent years. But on the other hand I'm happy that we didn't have to chop through walls had the snake fix not worked.

The overall work was great. They were very prompt. Their price was reasonable. They gave a lot of information about the work that they were going to do and there was nothing hidden. They warned me a head of time that sometimes some things needed to be installed. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.
