They never came back to finish the job, I had to hire someone else to complete the job and while they were completing the job they found many errors that would’ve caused damages to the house if they had been left as is, so I had to pay for the new company to fix those errors as well.

Estimate for service was reasonable but then kept adding extras increasing the cost greater than original bid. Acknowledging that discovery of defects might cause increased cost, it appears that issues which caused increased in cost were obvious on original inspection - creating appearance of bait and switch method of doing business.

He came when I wasn't home, did more work than I had asked for, then billed me for all the services. Do not allow them to come if you aren't there to confirm services. The job he did was great, but the suprise bill was not nice to come home to.

They unclogged the downspout

It was a very rainy Saturday, and I needed the gutters cleaned urgently as the leaf clogs were causing flooding in my basement. John called right away and agreed to come out to do the work the same day. The gutters are clean now, and there are no more leaks!

A very thorough job with attention to details. Also discovered and fixed other items on the roof. I would hire them again.

John was professional throughout. I had moss on my roof and debris in gutter that needed cleanup as well as some tile replacement. He sounded enthusiastic and knowledgeable about this work. He promptly examined the roof and provided estimate with days. He matched the best price I could get for the work. Did all the work as promised and cleaned up the premise before leaving.

John B is contractors name. - First came out in Nov 2013. I assisted him in his work , Big mistake. He expected it after that. - He said it was ok to turn on outside faucet when it was frozen. Broke garage pipe .& water gushing. At least he helped me in this . - Mistake 2 , gave check for full amount for fix pipe & unfinished. work. - Asked for refund almost a month ago , for work incompleted. - sent e-mail to Cheryl Hunt requesting refund & txt to John. - Not a call of apology or assistance. - Taking them to small claims . -BEWARE !!!!!!
