Zilka offered the most affordable price on the job, and seemed to know what they were doing. If you book them for a certain week donâ t expect them to specify which day theyâ ll show up in advance. You have to set your own time boundaries and communicate them to them. Otherwise, expect them to show up anytime during the week.

They were able to quote me over the phone with the pictures they had me send. They completed the work prior to the projected date and the crew was great.

Project: Install egress window David and his crew arrived when they promised and the whole install happened in just 4 days! they cleaned up very well each day and left my interior bedroom spotless. Their bid was very competitive. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

They contacted me right away, asked detailed questions and requested pictures. They reviewed everything and called with quote. They were booked out but fit my project in and finished in about a month. They allowed me to do prep and some finishing to reduce cost which really helped. Very easy to work with and finished window is great.

Getting Egress windows installed in our basement was the first large scale project we did on our new (to us) house and I got quotes from 3 different companies. Tony Zilka and his team gave a clear and concise estimate, offered the quickest turn around time, and were SO friendly and communicative. When the time came to do the project, they were thorough, confident, and again, really friendly and respectful while on site. They anticipated it being a 2 day project but actually got it done in one full day (2 Egress windows and 2 replacement windows) and clean up. Zilka sawcutting was a pleasure to work with. Nick and his team did great work installing an egress window for us. I have a pretty high standard for any home improvement project as I do most myself, but their efficiency, attention to detail and professionalism were great. They are hard to pin down sometimes because they seem to be very busy, but that would be the only negative . Would recommend them and use in the future.

Took longer to schedule than anticipated, but the final work product was excellent.

They cutout and replaced a section of basement floor so that I could install drain lines. Also they did wall cutout and dug and fashioned and egress well. There skilled employees have been with the company for a long time. The experience shows and is reflected in the quality of work.
