They were hired to move some larger items (not a full house) While attempting to move the refridgerator the movers damaged the water line on the fridge and the water valve on the homes water tank. They still couldnt figure out how to get the fridge out of the house (after wasting an hour of time with my meter running) so the fridge wasn't moved. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was upset that he was called on his day off. He told me that he wasn't at work and I needed to call the office during business hours. This was Sat. Early afternoon. Notice their business hours show this time open. He did agree to knock off 30 minutes of time for the hour they wasted on the fridge. But his attitude left the impression that he wasn't very anxious to fix the issue and didn't want to be bothered on his day off. Of course the movers denied doing damage and even tried to blame the women that were there for the water valve damage even though 3 people saw them damage the fridge and one of the movers admitted to my wife about the damage to the water valve. After speaking with their poor excuse for a manager, we went to the house yest. One of the women actually fixed the valve and we got the fridge out of the house with no problems and no damage. I'm in management and if one of my guys is on a job NO MATTER THE TIME OR DAY and there was damage I would be available. I would definitely not state or act bothered that a customer would call me about that damage. This gives me a bad impression of their professionalism and they way they treat customers. Keep in mind this was just my experience but one that I felt needed to be shared.

The crew of 3 arrived on time and began by moving all the upstairs furniture.   They were, at the start of the day, quite swift.
However, various things went wrong.
1. A large armoire was destroyed (the footings were broken off, the connector for the top and bottom got cracked, etc.) and we ended up having to dismantle it and throw it out.
2. The wood floors in the Master bedroom were severely scraped.  When I pointed it out, I was told that it was already there -- which definitely was not the case.  So, they used a marker to mask the scrapes.  That helped, but they still show.
3. A leg from a coat rack was broken.
4. various pieces of furniture got scraped.
5. they taped shut a very expensive solid wood armoire and there is adhesive reside along one side that I haven't been able to get off yet.
6. they scraped the wood floors in the new house, pushing the sofa across the living room floor.  I've used danish oil to help mask the scratches.
7. they forgot about the 2 small yard storage sheds and had to return the next day for them (though a 3rd trip would have been necessary regardless given the size of their truck).
8. they began to slow down around the 4th hour and were moving at perhaps 1/2 the speed from then on.  While they had a lot to move, because they slowed down, I probably had to pay for 2-3 more hours than if they kept up their original speed.
9. They brought a vehicle too small for the whole house and so had to make 3 trips.
10.  They couldn't get a soft through a doorway and I was told that if the door was removed, it would fit.  So, I removed the door -- and even the soft legs.  But it still couldn't fit... another time waster.
11. Nearly every sofa and chair with fabric undersides got punctured or torn.
While the head mover was well experienced, and one other was fine, the third was new and his on-the-job training led to the moving taking longer.
Overall, they were not terrible and the movers were all nice guys.  But I can't at all see how they could be "A" quality.  They might be fine with apartment or small house moves, but I wouldn't recommend them for a large move.

They did a great job. They were very friendly, super friendly and very accommodating. They were very helpful putting the furniture back together and everything. They were very careful with the furniture. They took it apart, put it back together. They were very friendly gentlemen. There were two of them. They were a few hours late.

If you value your belongings, please do not use this company.  We have several items that never made it to the new house.  I had a brand new Michael Kors purse disappear.  Most of our big items were dented or scratched.  I now have a foot long dent in the front of my refrigerator that was not there before the move.  They packed open bottles of wine and food from the refrigerator in the bottom of a box with kitchen supplies on top.  I found this by the wine leaking all over the floor.  I could go on and on and on.
The owner was a very rude person  and basically blamed the bad move on us.

We found them on Angie's List. They did a great job. My brother was living in our house when his other house got built and he moved. He told us that he was pleased with them. They showed up when they said they would. They loaded up his stuff. He didn’t feel like they were rough with his fridge or anything. My brother was pleased with their work, service and time. He had no complaints.

Oh my! It has been almost a month and reliving it now brings the anger up all over again. This was the move from H***! My elderly mother sold her house in eastern Oklahoma and asked for some mover recommendations. I was a member on Angie's List so gave her 3 mover's names that had good ratings and Randy Franklin of Apple Movers was the one she chose. Since my mother lived 200 miles away everything was done over the phone which was a HUGE mistake. As a professional he should have had a written contract. I think he took advantage of my mother because she was a vulnerable and elderly widow. She and I both talked with him on the phone about the size of the house and the extra items that would need special care (expensive piano and grandfather clock). He and his wife assured us that they were equipped to move these special items with the utmost care and had experience taking apart the grandfather clock to move it safely. More than twice it was confirmed that they would be sending a big enough moving truck and would be able to move the special items. On the day of the move two young guys (about 18-20 years old) showed up in a 27-foot truck. Scarcely large enough to move all of her items. In addition neither had any experience in dismantling and moving a grandfather clock. When they first arrived they informed my mom they couldn't take everything. The new owners were moving in soon and she didn't have a choice but to move everything that day. She was so traumatized and was in tears. The poor boys didn't have any idea what to do. They were sweet and hard working but just didn't have any direction. My mom finally got in touch with Randy Franklin and he actually yelled at her! At first he told her there was nothing he could do. Later he called back and said he could come back in 3 weeks and bring the rest of the items. My mom had no choice but to put the remaining items in storage that day and then leave immediately to come to Yukon to be ready to close on the house there the next morning. She was so distraught over the whole thing that she couldn't concentrate to drive the whole way and had to stop halfway to Yukon, in Checotah, and spend the night in a dirty motel. She made it to Yukon the next morning in time for closing and spoke to Randy on the phone again while having breakfast with my sister. The arrangement was that they were to hold her items in the moving truck until after closing later that morning and then meet her at the new house. He called to say  in a very loud voice that they were bringing her items to the house right then and if she didn't meet them there they would put her items in storage and charge her $100 per HOUR! My sister grabbed the phone and told him to stop yelling at her and tried to calm him down. Randy hung up the phone on her! My mother had the phone number of one of the young guys that moved her items and appealed to him to not take her things to storage. After all, she wouldn't even have the keys until after closing. He was compassionate and said he would wait and he and the other young guy honored their word and waited for her to arrive. My mom's new house has a recessed living room and she had forgotten it and stepped off of it and twisted her ankle, spraining it and tearing some ligaments. She was in great pain while they were unpacking the moving truck. They forced her to sign something saying everything had arrived in good shape. Well, in the weeks it has taken us to unpack her items (and we are still working on it), we have found several items that were broken or chipped. My mom wanted nothing else to do with Randy so she had someone else bring the rest of her belongings from her old home at her own expense. She has sense tried to contact Randy and he will not answer her calls, texts or letters. She wanted to give him a chance to salvage his reputation but I guess he doesn't care. She has since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not hire Randy Franklin. He may have been a good mover in the past but something has happened to him. He is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. My mother contacted him in order to get an apology and a partial refund so she could move the things that he didn't move. He never even responded to her pleas for help. Randy, there is a special place in the afterlife for people who take advantage of the old, vulnerable and helpless.

The move was a nightmare and ended up costing me much more than it should have.  I should have gone with a higher priced service as it would have ended up costing less.  I was moving from a town in eastern OK to Yukon, OK.  When I called to talk to Randy (owner) about the move I explained the square footage I was moving from and all pertinent info including items needing special handling.  I also told him that they could not unload until the following day after noon (after closing on house in Yukon).  They sent a Penske rental truck that was much too small for what I had and movers were not experts at packing the truck.  There was a great deal of space still available after they loaded.  They could not take a large portion of what I had and because I had to be out of the house by 5:00 that day, I had to quickly find a moving company that could help me out.  It costs an additional $1,000 on top of the $2,600 I had paid to get everything out on time.  The next morning I received a call from Randy at 8:00 telling me they were ready to unload.  I explained to him that not only had I told them at the time this was set up that I could not move in until noon and also called twice to confirm this.  One of my daughters also had called.  Randy began yelling at me and telling me I had not told them of this and that he was going to put everything into storage and charge me a high hourly rate and didn't know when he could unload at my house.  I tried very hard to reason with him on the phone.  He hung up on me.  I called my realtor who had recommended this service and she contacted him and he finally agreed on the noon delivery.  When they arrived they were in a big rush and ended up leaving most of the boxes in the garage.  Right after the truck arrived I fell and broke my ankle.  I was in quite a lot of pain and lying in the floor.  I signed a paper saying that they had delivered but did not get a copy of this.  I found I had several items of wooden furniture damaged the following day.  As soon as the movers left I went to the emergency room to have my ankle taken care of.  When I did get a chance to look at some of the furniture and saw the scratches I called Randy's cell phone, texted him, and ended up sending a letter to their office.  I have had no response.  Apparently others have had really good service from the company but for my move it was horrible.  I feel I should receive some compensation for having to use a second mover and also have repairs made to the furniture that was damaged.  I tipped the movers really well and tried to make their jobs as easy as possible but would not recommend the company based on the problems with the owner and not meeting the needs of my move.

Hired Amazing Movers because of prior good experience with them moving parents from Houston to Touchmark. We packed our own items, 4200 sq ft house, labeled them by room and hired AM to Move them two miles to new smaller house. First of all, they arrived with a truck pulling a trailer, NOT a moving truck. We were by the hour, what did they care. A scratch was noted by my husband, when the head driver was approached he cursed my husband out and said, "let's get this settled right now" like he was inviting a fight. The hubby was wrong, they were not responsible for the scratch, but their lack of professionalism was shocking. They moved things from all parts of our house in no orderly fashion, therefore, they were unpacked in the same manner. Once they arrived at our new house, I stood outside with intention of directing them to which room each item went in. I was immediately SHUT down by the driver who jumped down my throat saying something like, No way are we going to divide this stuff into each room. Wow, we were paying these guys by the hour to make our job easier, they left us with a nightmare. The following day, we learned that when they uninstalled the refrigerator from our first house, wood floors, they left the water dripping, thus creating water damage that we had to have torn out and fixed. Beware!!! Kevin used to run a tight, professional, customer service moving company, but they are no longer on my A list.

Too many details to list but the move involved multiple issues. Randy showed me damage on a new desk they delivered which was pre-move damage. He also showed another defect the I wouldn't have noticed right away. When I called the company that sold me the desk, Randy talked to them and explained how he knew it was pre-move damage. Of course he was right and the furniture company replaced the desk.

They did a great job.  The weather was horrible and they worked right through it.  They just kept going until they were done, and I liked that.  They didn’t finish until 9.30 at night and they got more men to get the job done and the weather was horrible at the time, but they just kept working through it and got it done.  They were very careful with our stuff, we have a new house, and they were very careful not to bump doorways and bump woodwork or anything.  They seemed to know what they were doing.

Apple Movers are the best  !
No doubt whatsoever that this is the best moving company.
They have all necessary tools and a bunch of very experienced and skilled
movers, who know how to manage a tough move within a very short span of time
and limited budget. I used them recently for a 3 bed room move and they did a
great job for me. They managed to move all my stuff without any hiccups. There
was nothing which was broken or damaged. It was a perfect move in the end. I am
definitely going to use them for my next move and recommend them to family and friends.

Great Company !!!
Great company overall for your moving needs. I have moved
across the U.S. and through 5 different cities over the last 15 years. Apple
Movers  has been the best moving
experience so far.
They were quick to get things rolling, had a courteous staff
for both the meeting and the move. They packed everything with care,
disassembled and reassembled everything well. Were on time and stayed on time
throughout the day.
The prices are very reasonable considering all they do.
I highly recommend Apple Movers !

Great Experience The team at Apple Movers did a great job for us. They were on time (actually early), got everything loaded up efficiently, and unpacked very quickly at our house. Exceeded my expectations Very professional and efficient from the first call to the follow-up call to the crew that did the work. We had used other movers before, and the guys at Apple Movers did in half the time. Will recommend! Apple Movers shrink wrapped and padded everything before taking it out of the house, protecting not only our belongings but our homes as well. After unloading they unwrappped everything and placed in where we asked, even moving a couple of items more than once to make sure we were satisfied. I couldn't be more impressed with this company, Apple Movers has integrity and it's easy to see that this was instilled in them by the owner Randy, he is professional, kind and knows the moving business inside and out, He went above and beyond to make sure the move, the crew, everythng went exactly as promised, CALL APPLE MOVERS FOR YOUR MOVE, you will be glad you did !!!th

Another Satisfied Customer! I would definitely recommend Apple Movers. I had a complicated move and was not looking forward to it at all. I had to quickly move my things out of my 3 bedroom home and into storage for 2 weeks before moving into my new home. Most of my belongings were fairly new and included a 50 inch flat screen TV. I was nervous about the possibility of my furniture being damaged or lost, but after meeting with the owner Randy, I felt a wonderful sense of relief. His honest assessment of the cost of my move really impressed me. Everything went exactly as promised from start to finish and I  highly recommend Apple Movers movers

Simply the Best We recently made an out of state move and used Apple Movers.  They came when they said they would, the men were friendly and professional, they loaded the truck and delivered our furniture when they said they would, totally free of any mishaps. The furniture was delivered on the morning they said it would be delivered and we paid the price agreed upon from the beginning, no surprises whatsoever. We had made several moves prior to this one, and were never satisfied. Something always went wrong. This was simply the best move we ever made. Thank you Apple Movers for our stress free move. We highly recommend them.

I contacted Apple Movers for my move from Oklahoma City, OK to Kennesaw, GA.  My experience was positive from the first call to schedule the move to the completion of the move.  Nancy answered my original call and was extremely courteous and helpful.  She set an appointment for an in-home quote at my convenience.  The owner, Randy Franklin, arrived at my home promptly and provided me with guaranteed price in writing.  He was very professional and gave me a competitive price.  He took time to answer additional questions I had, reassuring and putting me at ease about my long distance move.
I received estimates from three companies and without hesitation I chose Apple Movers.  The professional and courteous service I received from the beginning made this an easy choice.  I was impressed with the entire staff.  It was extremely hot yet the movers got to work right away and stayed busy.  They were very courteous and careful with not only my belongings but with my home as well.  They went above and beyond by rearranging furniture to my liking.  Apple Movers made what can be an very stressful experience a pleasant experience.
The service was exceptional and I am extremely grateful that I found Apple Movers.  Great service at a fair price.  I would definitely call them again and I would highly recommend Apple Movers.
