I would give her an A on everything.  We’ve used her multiple times, my son, my daughter, husband and I, and my sister.  She’s very ethical, she’s very energetic and she gets things done.  She is going to be your advocate; she is a very strong advocate for whoever she is representing.  If you are looking at a property, she will be extremely honest with pointing out certain things to you, like we are looking properties for investment, she’ll point out “well, this may be faulty here but here’s how you can get it fixed,” that type of thing.
