A rep promised me a great deal, but when I tried to actually get it, it didn't exist. After numerous calls, during which I sat on hold at least 20 minutes each call, I was finally able to find someone who was able to get something close to what I was promised--no dvr, though--and then I had to make three tech support calls and have technicians out twice because my cable signal was not coming through correctly. Finally got everything working correctly, and everything has worked pretty much without any problems for about a year now.
